You are spot on that this could and should be put together better Bill. I was just saying that it does not have to have perfect paint to be at a show.

Variety is the spice of life. As long as it is put together right it makes no difference if it is painted or not.

I sat in the drivers seat of #10 a couple of weeks back. That thing is up in the air. Very small stair case to get to the drivers seat. It has a rear seat behind the driver though. You sit in the center not off to the left side.

AMT 63 Ford is not a hard kit to find. If you did not know the 62 and 63 are different cars. The 62 is more like a 61 .

Tom, they did not make a Willys in 43 they were making Jeeps for the war here in Toledo( my grandfather worked there before and during the war). I do believe that is a 41 because it has the wipers on the bottom of the window, but it does not have a split grill. They could have changed that though. Those are the parts I get messed up on what is what for each year.

Repair in the parking lot of some store at 5:00 on a Sunday night? You never know what people do in desperation.
