  12. Thanks, And you got me thinking about my memories of that kit and how I got it as a kid, I went with one of my older brothers friends who was big into model cars to a swap meet in Toledo and it was a great big one from what I can remember!! I had never seen that many models in one place!! I picked up this kit for I think $10!! Good times for sure and I wish I had held on to more of my stuff from that time.

  17. Here are some photos from a car show I went to on Sunday. I also ran in a guy I used to race slot cars with and he had his 1957 Chevy with a 6 in it that he paid $600 for in 1985 and to this day has maybe $2,500 total in the car, man some guys have all the luck!!! This is one you don't see all the time! 1928 Dodge Or how about a '57 Buick!!
  18. I found a few more photos of some cars I saw while and about. This one belongs to a buddy of mine and he was putting in a new motor at the time.
  19. then we'll move on tho this even littler .... uhhh... yeah! When I was a kid back in Pontiac, MI we had a King Midget and ours had the wooden doors on it! I so mad at my dad when he sold it to a co-worker of his!! I'd sure like to find one of those some time as that sure brought back some fun times we had with that little car!!
  20. Wow you did an awesome job on it and I like how you did it with the head lights open!! Nice color as well.
  21. Hi Gary Sounds like you have some nice Mopars there!! This kit I'm working on belongs to a friend that asked me to give him a hand with it and I needed a glue bomb to rebuild for a club theme. And it is painted the way he asked me to do it. As for the reference pictures, sure I'd like to see your cars and you can post them right here if you would like to. Marty or as Danno likes to call me Martay.................
  22. John, wow!! I can't find anything to say that hasn't already been said about this build so....................
