  1. I might be going today some time after 2:30pm but it's not a sure thing. Would like to go on Friday & Saturday too but with just moving and stuff I'm not sure yet.
  2. OK so I wasn't going to post until our move was done and I was trying to stay at 669 posts for as long as I could!! But thanks to you for posting this AWESOME work of art I had to post!! I have enjoyed following the build and seeing what you were going to add next to it and now seeing it all together it's just beautiful Rommel!!! Can't wait to see it some time in person. Thanks, Marty
  3. Looks like your off to a good start on it.
  4. Don't know if anyone has seen this yet, but I thought I'd pass it on. http://blog.cardomain.com/2010/07/13/nascar-transformers-spied-in-chicago/
  5. That is a great looking Cuda!! I'm liking everything about it!!
  6. WOW that is one sweet AMX!!! Love the detail on the motor!!
  7. Nice one Jeff!! Looks awesome!!
  8. I guess I should go ahead and post my Camaro underglass now that it's done. Well it's really not done because after I took these photos and uploaded them I saw that I forgot to BMF the windshield wiper arms, but my stuff is all packed up again for our move so I'll have to fix it once we are all moved in. I built this one for our club theme this month and it's built right out of the box with a few details added here and there. It's painted HOK Tangelo pearl & Tamiya black. I also used the following Alclad's, Chrome, Aluminum, Polished Aluminum, Steel & Stainless Steel. I also for the 1st time used silly putty as a mask for the chassis. So here are a few photos of it. Oh and I also took home some wood from the club meeting...... ;D thanks for looking and for following it on the workbench.
  9. Well I want it, just not when I'm trying to move. And thanks it's not going to be fun and with any luck we can get it done in a few days and I can get back to building models.
  10. Well we closed on the house yesterday and should be getting the keys some time today so now I can repack my model building stuff up again and start packing up the rest of the house!!! There nothing like moving in the AZ summer!!! Oh boy and it looks like it might rain too!!!!!!!
  11. Yeah the rollovers photos work just find, but there are some that have text that will show up when you run your mouse over it.
  12. I just redid my lap top this passed week and have started using Firefox as a web browser (my son said it was better & safer?) and I need some help with finding some settings for it. I do the web site for Moonlight Modelers and on our web pages I like to use mouse over text on some of the photos and I have noticed that when using Firefox it does not show up on the web site like it does when I was using internet Explorer as my browser? I've looked and can't seem to find anything about it. Thanks, Marty
  13. Shouldn't you be building a model that has a motor in it?????
  14. Kevin, I just picked up one of those kits a few weeks ago so I'll be watching this build to see how you do it. Harry, thanks for posting those photos because now I don't have to do the work to get them. Andy, thanks for posting the one you built, it looks awesome!!
  15. Thanks Brian!! Oh and if it's your Duster then get over here and rebuild the carb so I can get it out of my driveway!! Or better yet find someone that can help me rebuild it so I can start driving it again.............
  16. Man you have a full plate there!! Nice stuff and I'll be watching for them..
  17. Well I'm almost 100% done with it, but I have to get ready for our club meeting and so the Camaro will have to go as she sets right now. I'm going to do some BMF tomorrow on it and I would have taken a few more photos, but it's hot outside and I didn't put my shoe's on and that was not a good thing!!! Anyways here is the one photo I took outside.
  18. That is one cool looking tow truck!! Nice job!!
  19. Your off to a great start and I'll be watching this one!!! And I really like the way your posting your photos as you go.
  20. I think I'll be able to have this one done by Saturday and I did a mock to see how she looks and wanted to share it with everyone here and then I'm going to get back to work on it. Let me know what you think.
  21. Mike, I forgot that I hadn't told you that I really like way your Camaro came out!! Those two colors look awesome together!!
  22. When I was doing my out of town route we had some time to kill and I thought it would be cool to drive up there and check it out! Well 2 hours later we were just getting into the town and there wasn't a clean spot on my truck anywhere!!! And some parts of the road are for one truck at a time and some of those have blind spots going into them. Next time I go it will be in a 4 wheel truck!!
  23. Danno, You remember that last Oct. I said we should have a Halloween sub-theme for the Oct. meeting and I'm just starting on my a little early................ Now as for that Edsel of yours at the last meeting well you will have have to wait until I get the web site updated to see where I went with it........... btw Danno there is no A between the T & Y in MARTY..... I did paint the bumpers the same color, but I didn't even think about removing the bolts........ That '67 should look awesome in those colors...
