  4. How many steroids did you give it? LOL Great looking Monte Carlo, it has the appropriate look for pro street racing. Good job ! ! !
  5. Give a Caprice steroids and vitamins and it will become this way...
  6. I'm glad to have this section as I have alot of diecast's that I have redone in some sort of way but have never really had a forum to show them to other members. Kudo's to you Harry for developing this section...
  7. Great job on both...
  8. Great build, I like the color...
  9. Nope, I thought same thing to Harry when I looked at it. But I did test drive it and took it to my local mechanic and he checked it out and said that it was all original and the mileage was correct. I have the owners manual in the truck and everything seems to add up as far as time wise.
  10. Thanks, Jonathan. I guess I've been blessed and lucky with my Cavalier I bought it brand new in 2001 and only thing I have replaced is the alternator and battery everything else is still what's on it when it left the factory. It just rolled over 103,000 miles the other day and it still looks inside and out, runs like it was the day I bought. I have also kept it serviced every 3,000 miles. I intend and plan on doing this truck the same way. Where would be a good place to buy a cover for my truck?
  11. Outstanding ! ! Pure awesome ! !
  12. I could not resist on buying this today: 1987 Silverado shortbed, 350 throttle injected, PW, PDL,Tilt wheel, Cruise, Factory A/C, Dual tanks and thank god it still has the factory split dual exhaust as I hate the after market exhausts added to these trucks. It's a one owner factory stock original it was bought brand new at Friendly Chevrolet here in Dallas. It has 29,754.8 miles on the odometer. The guy wanted 10,950 but I talked him down to 10,500, she is a beauty and was going to make her a daily driver but as I figured with these trucks being highly sought after for theft I just decided to leave her in the garage and stick with driving my 2001 Cavalier.
  13. That looks awesome, I like how you built it. I like the color...
  14. I love it, Fantastic ! ! ! Those decals look like they were a pain to apply...
  15. Outstanding ! ! !

  17. Excellent engine, interior detail ! ! ! Looks great for a older build. I love these Bandit Trans Am's...
  18. Went to my local Hobby Lob for paint and went home with a AMT 1970 Camaro, was also the last one they had...
  19. Looking good...
  20. IMO, I think MPC would have had to look at the cost consideration of redoing the mold for the GMC to have the badging on the sides to say SIERRA, HIGH SIERRA or SIERRA CLASSIC where on the Chevy's they could just cover up the CUSTOM DELUXE, SCOTTSDALE or SILVERADO badging without maybe having to redo the molds. Even though this is probably and no way true, this seems like a reasonable way of why the Chevy's had the badging and the GMC does not...
  21. Awesome ! ! ! Love it ! ! !
  22. That's what I call originality, very cool looking ! ! ! Great paint job, very unique. I can definetly see this Mustang heading to Woodstock...
