wow! a whole year?! thats a lot of time tied up in it, how many hours do you think you have in it? on some of my more complex/detailed builds i have well over 300 hours in them, i can only imagine how much time you have in this! nice work.......whats on the schedule next? cheers bryan -
i got the seats shot in black, now i have to mask them and shoot the gray. i also painted the block, intake and water pump chevy blue. i totally goofed on the engine! i just noticed it....i missed the back of the heads, they dont have enuff paint on them! so i will be shooting that again here in a few mins... time to shoot some more blue, stay tuned cheers bryan

before i went to the booth to paint the seats, i figured i would assemble the basic engine and double check the engine fit........i only had to modify it a bit. i had to grind down the top of the trans, the tranny mount and the tranny crossmember..... i removed about 1/32 from the crossmember, so it would sit down in there a bit lower, and shaved off the tranny mount on the bottom of the housing. now it fits in there nice, and you wont be able to see the modifications i made.....time to shoot some paint ! it looks alot smaller than the ardun flathead i was gonna use, but it would have been too tough to make it fit, i would have had to modify the firewall, and its too late to do that now that i have the body painted. i should have planned it better............next time! LOL thanks for lookin, cheers bryan m
