  2. Nothing you left off the closing img tag.

Check some of them out, too Now is it still such a good thing? I'll wait and see. :?
  4. Very nice!! I think your being a bit harsh on the grill, although I would have deleted the turn signals. And you don't mention where the wheels came from?
  5. When You use a laquer paint, over an enamel primer. You will get Cracks darn near EVERY time, some may just not show up for a few years. Get a different paint, or a different primer.
  6. A real beauty!!
  7. How come no one has proclaimed that their skills are in Baremetal foiling?
  8. Do you have photoshop, or a similiar photo editing program? Take a pic of the car, or take one off the net, and change the colors till you find one that YOU like.
  9. Diddo, Gluing engine halves together, and PROCRASTINATION!!
  10. To see what it would look like before it's built, maybe with different tires, or different paint colors?? Different decals etc?? Just curious, I would like to see some work if you have.
  11. I have an idea, but I need a 00 Cobra R rear spoiler. For it to work, anyone know where to get one in 1/25th scale? The only one I can find is 1:18th.
  12. You did a VERY good job!!! Way to go!! But to those also doing one, or thinking of doing one a suggestion: How about one in Green to replicate the car, "The Duke" John Wayne drove in the movie McQ?? I would do one, but I already have way TOO MANY darn projects !!!
  13. No particulars!! Build what you like. Edit: If you are looking for a suggestion as to what to cast in/for 1/24th scale, how about the 1971 Plymouth Sattelite hood for the Revell GTX kit.
  14. Rather than starting a new project, I dug up this one. And realised why I had put it away, I have no paint scheme or engine ideas for it!! It will need a BIG engine to go with that big hood, any suggestions? This body was from my junk box, it had been previously built, before I performed a bit of body work to it.. I made the hood for it, but it turned out a bit MORE than I meant for it too!! The windows are "well glued" hence the masking tape.
  15. IF Marc and Don build (or cast) a 1/24th scale model made by, or cast from or for a MONOGRAM kit, then I'll get on board with it!! How about it Marc? "Just build something"... 1/24th scale!!
  16. Well said!! This should make it easier for everyone!! Online: http://www.spellcheck.net/ Ad on: http://www.iespell.com/ HTH!!!
  17. Here is an idea I had for worn leather seats (Not Tried or Tested by me!!): For a worn leather look, try painting it with a white (or yellow or...this color will show through!) enamel, and then the leather laquer color of your choice, WARNING: this will crack, and it will crack in an unpredictable way, too! The base enamel color will show through the cracks. The upside of this is that it should give the look of mistreated leather. You may want /will need to, scribe the seams, and pleats of the seat, after painting with the enamel, so the cracks do not go across the seams, for a more realistic look. Dull coat (or don't) and you're done. Just make sure that the rest of the interior is well masked before trying this!! After all, you don't want your carpet to crack do you? (Most leather has a white "net" or "weave" backing, most seats use a yellow foam padding.)
  18. It seems like Reliable Resin gets confused with Resilient Resins ALOT, maybe Don should change the name, anyway??
  19. Just need to do the fender, and trunk emblems, and touch up the taillights.
  20. It's very good looking, are those ARII wheels and tires? And is the steering actually posable?
  21. Use the power of the Phoenix.
  22. Ah, I see. I thought they were textured, including the brake surface!
  23. The rotors need work. The rotors would (DO) look great, but they would look even better if you had done JUST the hub part like you did, because the brake surface should be very smooooth, and shiny. (or discolored if they are on my wifes car! LOL!) HTH!
