my point was that every time someone post a donk style car, 50 people dont have to chime in saying how they cant stand the style of wheels, i understand that they werent being rude but there is a rant section with several topics of this. i was making a point of cant we just comment on the details of the build, i doubt any body cares to here if someone doesnt like that style car from 50 different people if that is the style they do like. so know you dont have to treat it with kids gloves and you dont have to get smart with me either. theres no reason to post over and over that someone doesnt like the wheels.

but its like the model cant look good unless it has approval through the wheel department. everyone that post a donk lookin car a ton of people just have to say it looks good except for the wheels. cant the work be complemented on without saying it looks good but if it didnt have those wheels because its not my taste. maybe these modelers just want to here you did a very good job hitting a lot of details. not, you did a good job but i cant like it because im not in to those big wheels. most people like me just want to here how good i did not how much you cant stand my preferences. just my 2 cents.

i think it looks good all around instead of others that have to rag just because they dont like something. the engine looks real good.

they may not ask questions now but wait until you make a claim. she sells all kinds of insurance through different companies. so i would double check the policies before you have to make a claim, because they are not going to pay for what you think its worth, they are going to go by what their appraisers say when you make the claim. the insurance companies big or small change policies all the time and she has dealt with collectors insurance and people that cry when they dont get what they thought would be covered. im not saying they wont cover the value, but i would double check all the time just so you dont get screwed.

your homeowners insurance isnt going to give you what you would want or what it is worth unless you can show proof of its value. my moms been working for insurance for a long time and thats how its usually done. kind of like a 1:1 collector car that has to get a written appraisal to be worth what it is insured for.

check the brand of the set and then check the website that made them. example, model car garage- go to their website and they would possibly have them.

i use this stuff and it works great for me. im not trying to support her but its easier picking up some of this stuff than paying for a big order and shipping from online source. i use the 40% off coupon and it makes it only $2 something.

145 mph in my 05 Goat, it was still climbing but the road was coming to a curve. it was running so easy and smooth. windows were down so it was getting pretty loud and you could feel te pressure in your ears. the best feeling was when i looked over at my wife and she had the biggest smile on her face and her hair was flying everywhere, she looked at me and said, " can we do it again." 120 mph in her 02 cougar. 110 in my 05 silverado easily, but the govern shut it down. 120 in my 75 firebird. dont have it anymore. i could go on and on. basically i top out every vehicle i drive.

i received the aoshima gtr with motor and it does have the motor. it looks pretty good, i havent tried the fit yet but, i only paid 20 for it and i bought two of them. its also left hand drive.

my opinion, i like the show, its not bj's fault how much a car goes for. its how much the people want to pay. regular auctions are the same way. a lot of the cars have been restored, the prices get high on a lot of them because most of the bidders are looking at how much it would cost to restore the same car and how much it would cost to buy one already restored. if a lot of those cars were mine and i payed for the restore and new how much blood and sweat went into the restore, i think i would be wanting top dollar also. again about the prices, look at how much some of the models on ebay go for. someone pays $40 for a model, you can turn around sometimes the very next week and score one for $15. i think its funny, and it just goes to show its all in how much someone wants to pay or how long someone has desired to have one and will pay whatever it takes to get it. if i had the money to spend i would be buying them all up also, like the collectors. im sure im not the only one that thinks the same as me. and if you dont like the show, then dont watch it. go build a model. id rather not stress over an auction.

thats well over 700 kits. id say 1000 plus. i have close to 600 and it looks like half that. is that the only place he has them. in my house they are in every closet and one of the empty bedrooms. here in texas, i wouldnt be able to store them in the garage. humidity would be their worst nightmare.

looks like a more upgraded scion tc. i still like real muscle or real sports car. im more interested in the all electric shelby's being built if your trying to go green. in my opinion, if im going to be where i have to stop and go at every traffic light, im not going to waste my money on what they are probably going to sell that for. around my parts, their are plenty of roads to get my 05 goat down the road without slowing down. its still fun to drive it slow also. i could also say the same thing about my dads all original 67 camaro that still runs great.
