Well, just 3 weeks away and I thought I should post the new flyer and bump the post. Hope to see everyone out there. Entry fee is $10.00 per builder (limited to 12 entries Per builder) , and the entry to the contest is free for builders ages 12 and under. Spectators are also free. Contest Date - September 20, 2014 New Show Location - Ontario Senior Center 225 East B Street Ontario, Ca. Registration Hours - 10:00am to 2:00pm, and awards presented around 3:30pm. The contest is held in conjunction with the 1:1 Car Show and Cruise, so lots of food, live music, and hot rods. Hope to see you there.

Hey Scott, If you guys are coming to the Rt-66 Reunion Show, Bring me some extra flyers if you want and I can set them out at our local hobby shops. I'll be glad to take them around.

One of the many things I like about this show is first and foremost the people who put this show on! They have always made us feel welcome. They are always doing things to make an already great show even better. We are already making plans for the trip from So. Cal.

That's correct, the show IS on. New flyers being picked up today and I will post it as soon as possible, or look for one at your area hobby shop. The main difference is this year is we will be in the Ontario Senior Center right across from the library, and this year there will be an entry fee (kids 12 and younger are free to enter). All the same classes as before. Look forward to seeing everyone out there.

Absolutly! There are several of us from the Inland Empire headed down there for the show. Wouldn't miss it.

The Rt-66 Crusin Reunion Model Car Contest is on! This is a new 1:1 car show and there is a model car contest. Location - Ovitt Community Library 215 East "C" Street Ontario Ca. 91764 When - Saturday, September 21st, 2013 Awards will be givin for 1st through 3rd place in the following classes - 1. Hot Rod/Street Rod 2. Drag Race 3. Trucks 4. Custom 5. Street Machine 6. Low Rider - Mild 7. Low Rider - Wild 8. Competition 9. Curbside 10. Motorcycle 11. Looks Good in Suede 12. Miscellaneous 13. Juniors And there will be a Best of Show Award. And now for the Big Surprise - Because this is the 1st year - The Entry Fee is - - - - - - - FREE! Yes - FREE! - Adults and Juniors alike. There is no charge to get into the car show AND no charge for the model contest (Please limit your entries to 12 models per builder) Entries will be accepted on a first come first served basis, when the tables are full, they are full. It's about a 41/2 - 5 hour drive (one way) from where we are

I think there will be 5 or 6 of us coming from So Cal. for the show this year (maybe more). We just have too much fun at this show to miss it.

Some of the CA. bunch already have reservations and are ready to go. We're looking forward to it.

It's time again for the Grand Daddy of them all, The Grand National Roadster Show held at the Pomona Fairplex in Pomona CA., January 29, 30, & 31 2010. Along with some of the finest 1:1 show cars you will ever see, there is also the Model Car Contest. Entries to the contest will be accepted all day Friday, all day Saturday, and Sunday until 1:00 pm. Awards are scheduled for 3:00 pm and entries need to picked up immediatly after the award ceremony. Builders who bring in their entries on Friday or Saturday will receive free pass for admission on Sunday for the awards.
