Today I woke up went to school like always, then went to auto shop class, my favorite class, sat down, the teacher Mr. Foster came in and started talking to us and told us that the Service Manager of Nurse Chevrolet, was going to come to shop class and bring a brand new '10 Chevy Camaro SS for us to check out, later he told us how the owner of Nurse had bought our school a new lift and often donated cars for us to work on, well he also told us that there would be a rep. from "Whitby this Week" coming too, so the Camaro shows up, we through open the doors, he pulls it in under the lift he bought us, he gets out and his manager for Nurse, the news paper rep. shows up and tells everyone to get in close around the Camaro and lift, so I got in the picture, the guy told me more over a bit, I ended up right beside the owner of Nurse Chevrolet and in the front row, It should be in the paper soon, and I'll scan it for Ya'l to see. Anyway, what a great day.

I'm building the '73, I know about the rig, like I said I don't normally build big rigs, so it dosen't need to be perfect. I'm going to airbrush my stripes. I painted my engine yellow, as that might not be correct, the truck won't have the hood open very often so.............. but thank you. -

It's the new aerodyne, I've converted it to a regualr sleeper, and I'm building this truck, to go with my Bandit Trans am, I'll be building the trailer too, if AMT hurry's up and releases it, I could use more reference also. -
Mike maybe this will help you out. it's a '71 challenger though

AMT 1966 Mercury Cyclone GT...restomod of a 44 yr old kit
Nick Winter replied to Marc @ MPC Motorsports's topic in Model Cars
That is very, very beautiful Marc, one of the nicest Mercury Comet models I've ever scene, if not the nicest. -
In the what Eelco, anyway, I'm not a ford fan, but this is a very nice, clean build.

I always loved these little Barracuda's, I can't wait to see it finished. Here not sure if it will help or not but I took them last summer.

Decals Under Clear Coat- Yes or No?
Nick Winter replied to Casey's topic in Tips, Tricks, and Tutorials
I always clear. Decals or not. But If I've apllied a few decals, I'll add a coat or more than I would if I've only applied 1 or 2 decals or no decals at all. Forgot to mention I've always used Duplicolor Acrylic Enamel Clear. -
I'll second that Marshal, I've got decals and instructions from all of the releases, and most of the Models them selfs, but the original Blackbird has a screwed up Hood bird.
