  1. Well, since I was right last week, I can be wrong this week. LOL! But I say model for sure. Absolutely 100% no flip-flop answers, this is a MODEL! A very good one at that!
  2. This is a great thread and right on time to! Yesterday our snow-storm was coming in and there wasn't much to do. Plus, my Dad gave me a new scanner to try and I had to make room for it. So, I did a complete, and total "winter-cleaning" of my entire workbench. I got rid of a bunch of junk I no longer needed. I reorganized my helicopters, found all my missing screw drivers and managed to rebuild my small Powerbuilt screwdriver set. And, I gathered/seperated all my plastic model kit projects/supplies/material from my RC Dnano and helicopter parts/supplies/material. Here's how my bench look's now. Naked, and waiting for a project! Below the bench I have two big plastic bin's. One is full of model kit's, and the other is full of paints and supplies. Computer station Top of workbench. That helicopter on the black pad is not mine. It belongs to a friends of ours that we're looking at. I'd like to build it my self!
  3. Could have been named after Aspen city of Colorado! A lot of Dodge, GMC cars/trucks mostly trucks, are named after Indian thing's. Dodge Dakota, Chevy Tahoe, etc'.
  4. I think the Ford "Probe" was made by aliens! LOL! How about Honda Fit, Fit what? Yugo, nobody wanted to "go" in one of those. Econo Van? How can anything that boxy be economic? And where does the word Prius come from?
  5. There are some glow lights that were designed for 1/28 scale RC cars called Xmods from Radio Shack. If you go to your local Radio Shack, you might be able to find a set and mod'em for model car use. As far as I know, they only came in green color. I think there are also some actual neon lighting available for the interior of your car that might be the right size. For that, check out your local Pep Boys store for them. There usually made to put under the dash or the sides of the center counsel. Those will have a lot more color options and might be the right size for the under carriage of your model. Either case, you may want to build a display base to house the power/switch unit's for the model. And as Robert said, don't foget to do a tutorial for us!
  6. Don't forget my 1/32 scale '70 Honda Z Coupe!
  7. Just arrived in the mail-box last night: Two 1/43 scale Heller model kit's of WRC cars.
  8. Yea I got one right! I voted real, went back and forth a few times for kick's, but I did vote real! Alright! What's next?
  9. model.................definitely model. Nah, real for sure................wait.....................what was the question? LOL! J.K...................................
  10. ......................uh, model! No wait, real for sure this time. No wait! Model, uuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuh, no I think it's um, hmmmmmmm well................................................
  11. Real......no wait! Model..............uh, no, real. No, wait model! Oh what the...................real!
  12. I'll make sure to wear my cup tomorrow!
  13. And please for god's sake, don't think about Microwaving it! LOL! Leave that up to Jamie and Adam to do! LOL!
  14. I just wait till Dad's not home, put some news papers, cardboard etc' on the floor and paint inside where it's nice and warm! Open the windows a little for fresh air of coarse!
  15. You might want to block your sink drain, fill it up with warm-hot water, "luke-hot?" and soak the can in that for a few minutes. That will bring it up to temp if your worried about the paint inside. That's what we do if it's too cold in Colorado.
  16. I'll try Super Clean, but it is pretty tough "beep"!
  17. Never heard of that site before till now! Thank's for the link, and I've always wondered about that link thingy as well. Great question!
  18. Hello there. I think I over puttied my '72 Honda Z model kit. I'm wondering what if anything will strip the putty without harming the plastic? Or am I too late? I might have to ditch this body and find another kit, but this will be another body I've yet to complete. Any suggestions?
  19. Does anybody know if the other WRC teams will be coming back? It's a lot more exciting when theirs multiple manufacturers competing instead of just two.
  20. I can't play outfield, I'm afraid of Harry's pitches!
  21. WOW! Very nice! One of the best yellow's so far!
  22. Strange, I found it the other day but when trying to book-mark it my Safari quit.
  23. Well, very exciting but at the same time very disappointing. Only Citroen and Ford left? Why did all the other's drop out? Will they be back? I'd like to see Subaru's newest WRX race in the field! And what about Peugoet? It's not what it used to be, but it shouldn't be just those two manufacturers only! Can't be much of a "WORLD" Rally Championship with only two car manufacturers. Plus, I didn't find Argentina all that exciting anyhow. I prefer the Monte Carlo races!
