    Yes Harry!When I was a kid ,the car models cost just over $2.00 so when I see a kit at the LHS that now coats 25 bucks and the tooling is essentially the same I do hesitate to buy .THE great boon of the Hobby Lobby 40% coupon eliminates the price barrier.

    Finishing up the running rigging and nearing completion.I really like the way this one turned out but after building two fully rigged ships in a row it is time to pump the brakes.I will build a Revell 1/48 B-25 J.The only rigging on the Mitchell is the antenna wires!

    Began constructing the main mast and used the plastic yard mounts on the brass tube

    Finished putting the sails on the foremast.next up;I will rig the bowsprit,jibboom and dolphin striker with both rope and chains.Looks good.
