  1. Looks good! Post a pic of the engine bay!
  2. AS far as disputing techniques that is a bit odd!We all have techniques that work well for us but may not be right for everyone.Always experiment on a test mule first to see if the new technique will work out for you.Always be open to new ideas!

  5. Yes! Kind of a rude wake-up call when others point out that what you thought was an awesome model turns out to be not so awesome after all!Kind of humbling!
  6. I wonder why forum members would praise a model that has noticable flaws?Personally,I would carefully ponder a critique and check to see if it was valid. The truth is the truth no sense in getting upset if the flaws are manifestively there.Use the critiques to improve your techniques,no sense in getting upset as long as the critique is polite and factual!

  14. Nice clean build but the beige color and lack of stripes is kind of plain! You need to jazz the trucks up alittle in the future!
  15. I like it! The skylight is a very cool feature.Do you remember the original issue from the '70s that has the red, white and blue paint job? That would be cool to replicate!

  19. What you have to do is score the hood crease with a #11 Blade until the hood drops out .This will take a while. To cure the wearp heat up some water in the microwave and immerse he hood for a few seconds them straighten it out.If that doesn't work then get a hood from a Monogram '59 caddy to use as a replacement.
