    Here are some in-progress shots of my modified Rommel's Rod.I didn't like the kit-supplied one piece wheel track units in the kit so I used the track parts from a Tamiya Panzer ll I had in my stash.

    Higgins was building a model of the bridge on the River Kwai using match sticks.Later on in the episode he is tied up by thugs who asked him why he was building it..His reply was;"I was there".One of the better Magnum p.I. episodes.

    You may want to polish out the the pearl paint and then give it an additional coat with a little extra thinner.this should restore gloss to the slightly dulled top coat.This Monte was painted with Lime Green Pearl with good results.

    I used Tamiya flat acrylic white for the whitewalls on this '58 Caddy. No cracking or peeling issues to date 6 years on!

    Sometimes tilting the chassis can help but many of my builds required spreading the body to get the chassis to fit.Just be real careful and work carefully and all should be well!

    THis Edsel was painted Testors Arcyl Teal.Easy to use and I had no problems with it!
