  1. Super nice job !!!
  2. Really nice, lots of underhood detail ! Looks like a fun build...I'd like to give one a try soon.
  3. Fellas, How about something from the "way back era" ? Looks like this can be built from the old Monogram "Duece" kit that's been around forever...and in the far lane we have, Monograms '29 Model "A" perhaps ? First pic is the original, the next two are of the restored car...
  4. Really nice build, of a really cool car ! I always wanted a 1:1 version...
  5. Can we have more shots of this engine bay, really nice work !!!

  8. I guess my 60's symptoms still linger...thank goodness !!!!
  9. Fellas, Now you talk about a candidate for a reissue ? A Ford vs. Chevy Match Race series...How about throwin' a Dodge/Plymouth team in there ? A '67 Charger tow car w/trailer and a rear engined 'cuda drag car maybe ?
  10. Our most sincere sympathy.

  12. Really cool look, like another poster said "sinister !!!
  13. Nice work...interesting concept ! It could open a whole new type of model category...a "what if" class so to speak. I really like the carbs through the hood look, in my opinion it adds quite a bit ti the car.
  14. Very well done. really captures the look of the era !!!
  15. Janos, Naygon yo !!!

  18. Chris, Nice clean build, welcome back to the hobby !!!
  19. Al, Congrats on a Super job...will it be making an appearance at the meeting ? Pete
  20. Fellas, Thanks for the kind words !!!
  21. Fellas, Thanks to inspiration and information from this board, I recently finished this up. Nothing fancy just about OOB except for the wheels/tires.
  22. Holy cow, these things look like actual 1:1 scale cars !!!
  23. Really nice, wish they still made cars that looked that good !!! I think it's great that there's folks like you out there that have the desire and the skills to preserve these models/promos because you just don't see these cars out there anymore, either in model form or in 1:1 scale. Thanks for your efforts fellas !!! Now if model companies took a longer look at the Rambler/American Motors lines they would have plenty of new subject matter....
