  1. Nice start Mike...those fat tires look good tucked under there! Looking forward to seeing your progress.
  2. Thanks Ron, I really enjoyed building this.
  3. Nice work on all of them Dominik! Do you have more pictures of the Mako Shark?
  4. Thanks Anthony...The Revell Snap kits have some of the nicest bodies available in scale. I especially like this 70 Chevelle, the 57 Belair, and the 63 Vettes.
  5. Mock up looks good Stu. Nice job on the headers, 1st time I've seen them done in scale!
  6. Very Cool Dave...really like the Charger and the 34 Ford.
  7. Revell Snap Tite 70 Chevelle SS 454...Tamiya paint, Slixx and Keith Marks decals, Comp Resin Wheels, and Fireball Model Works door handles.
  8. That's really nice Peter, great job on all those decals.

  15. Thanks Guys!
  16. Thanks Andy! Thanks Chris! Thanks Gary....I was definitely inspired by some of the great Vicky Gassers of the 60's. I.e... Teddy Bear and Teeter's red Vicky Thanks Snake...actually looked at the 64 NHRA rule book while building this. Thanks Brad! Thanks Guido!
  17. I raised the engine using some spacers under motor mounts....looking forward to seeing how yours turns out.
  18. Thanks Rob.... Thanks Craig...good eye, that is the Olds from the AMT 40.
  19. Fun Build...lots of kit bashing with Slixx Decals. 1st time using a powdered candy concentrate, much cheaper than the liquid variety. Pretty interesting product, mix the powder with lacquer thinner or reducer then use it to tint your clear.?
  20. Well done...great looking Vette!
  21. Just got a set of these....here's a quick mock up using Monogram's 233/60-15 Goodyears and Michlen TRX with the hubcaps from the wire wheels in Monogram 1930 Woody...also a wheel back from the parts box to widen the wheel for the rear tire. Had to cut the "ridges" from the inside of the tires to get it all to fit. Very nice wheels and a welcome product from Bill!
  22. Thanks Andy...the fit was pretty good for an older kit.
  23. Thanks Guys!
  24. Nice clean work!
  25. Thanks Gene....a coat of Metalcast Purple was sprayed over the Metalspecs Red, trying to get a "Brandywine" looking color.
