    SWC Willy's

Looks Good Dave! Nice clean work, hope all is well in Sunny Ohio. Aloha...Pete
  2. It's a tight fit but the Pontiac from the 36 ford fits the 40 without any cutting. Didn't care for the square air cleaners so used some from the Revell 49 Merc.
  3. My fastest, even if does run the QTR on the back wheels!
  4. Beautiful! Great job on the paint.
  5. I'd buy a bunch and gladly pay for the extra parts!
  6. Thanks Rick...good looking e mag. Really nice photography too!
  7. Beautiful work Greg, really shows how nice the Buttera T's can look when finished.
  8. WOW...some really nice looking work! For me, when I was a kid these kits were so much easier to get together when compared to Revell's offerings and I thought they were cooler than the AMT Hot Rods. With all the different 1/24 Monogram cars available over the years the kit bashing possibilities are amazing. Here are the ones I've built over the past few years.
  9. According to the JDS FB page Joe suffered a stroke on Sunday. Prayers for a speedy and complete recovery!
  10. Dennis...this thing is too cool! Thanks for the detailed parts break out and great pics, will be following this along with all the cool 29s going together. Aloha...Pete
  11. Built and shot this in 2009, still my favorite.
  12. Lookin' good Jesse...if you don't have any luck with the Tamiya Pure White try the Tamiya White Primer...it covers nice, dries flat, and can be buffed to a nice satin finish with just a piece of tissue. Aloha...Pete
  13. Daniel...congrats on the new house....now get settled in and start crankin' out some model cars
  14. Monogram's 30 Touring, simple but very Cool....
  15. Jesse...nice color choice Here's one I built back in 2008, I think they look good in Gold too! The whitewalls turned out pretty nice...what paint did you use for them? Hope you have better luck with paint the second time.
  16. Hey Jesse...looking forward to seeing your take on this old classic kit. There's a nice 1/24 scale 3 deuce set up for this engine in the Monogram 1930 touring and also a nice six deuce set up in Monogram 1930 Woody, either one will look great. Aloha...Pete
  17. Latest release built OTB with a couple of added decals.
  18. Thanks Steve...the white is decanted tamiya pearl white over white primer and the blue is nail polish that was on sale for a buck a bottle...sometimes it pays to hang out with wife )
  19. Revell 57 Chevy and 63 Vette Roadster. Used the Snap Kits for my 1st try at using an Air Brush. The Body proportions on the Revell snap kits appears to be better than most full detail kits of the body style.
  20. Monty...here's a Monogram 32 painted with Testers Gold enamel and cleared. Hope these help...
  21. Just got decals from Fremont Racing today...they are awesome, thanks Joe! Very happy to see them back in business and I'll be ordering more soon, can't wait to see the resin. The entire experience from order to delivery was a pleasure and very timely.
  22. Nice work Jason...great job getting all the body parts lined up. Looks great with the shortened bed.
  23. Greg...that is a stunning T-Bird! Nice work.
  24. Very nice Jason...this and the other 3 models you posted are all well built. Killer paint and color combos plus the Alclad looks really good too. Aloha..Pete
  25. Nice Mitch...looks like a fun Sunday afternoon ride! Aloha...Pete
