  1. This is so cool.Hard to believe it is in scale. I really dig the backwoods engine hoist!
  2. The pictures do it for me,we all should be building like this . I can't complete a model without getting glue on the finished product or a smooth paint job, Would you recommend I attempt some detail work now or keep working on the fundamentals ?
  3. Came out real nice, the motor looks very official. I like the decals too and a great color and stance.
  4. Looks red hot with the flames. Very nice job and that is my favorite part, getting to play with them when they're done.

  10. Really sweet build. though I will have to take your word there is a Lindhberg pick up in there.
  11. I honestly believe my wife wants me to be happy whether its this hobby or other interests. I feel the same for her and my kids. If we can make it happen and makes us happy we do it. Life is too short to complain.
  12. This conversation or debate comes up often. It is easy for either side to get upset,I have let it get to me once. There is alot of space between a guy who has been building models for a year and a guy who has been building for 50 years. I actually thought that recently the forum had a better feel,I was actually thinking about it yesterday. It seemed like there were a few more down to earth folks on here that were adding quite a bit to the build threads and commenting everywhere. I hate to see anyone leave due to opinions being exchanged.
  13. Here is what those in the know have told me.. Wet model, Put in ziplock/plastic baggie, Put in freezer for a hour or so, Remove and commence the disassembling. Good Luck and I hope this helps..
  14. Looks sweet, love the color and stripes.Wheels and motor are a nice addition.
  15. This is clean,I wish that's what the police surplus still was, rather see a million of these than Crown Vics. Looks like there's a interested party on the lot
