Mirrors are coming from Modelhaus, here is K2500 I saw that gave me the idea for the paint.

I really had fun doing this one. Practiced my masking skills. I found some of these '88 Promo's at a great price. So I will be doing a few more in different factory color schemes. My camera doesn't seem to focus too well sorry for that. I hope you all enjoy! As an aside this Silverado's options are interesting, 5 speed manual, bucket seats, not a bench, console, long bed, power windows/locks, and prob a at least 5.0 L 8. Also I believe '88 was first year for EFI. I would enjoy driving this truck. All comments welcome of course!

This tool is still being used racing campions uses it now. As for Brookfield I think that possibly minting Chrysler Concords, dodge intrepids, neons etc. might not have been as attractive as the corvette vipers etc of the other company's. Although seems like every where I turn I see their older nascar racing stuff all over the place.

I love this thing! this was a rather rare version in a promo form before Brookfield started doing the nascar vans based off the promo tool. I got it with the original package introducing the all new 1996 Express. Chevys previous generation van design dated back to the 70's. It is a very nice and heavy model. I want the blue one that was made in the same series. If anyone has one I have things to trade. Thanks for looking!
