Hey Jim Sorry I guess I did not read what you posted close enough, I thought you had said the cab, hood and sleeper from the RVG kit. Yeah the AMT hood can be made to work on the RVG cab but the fit aint the best,,,I think I will still cast the short hood, I have one that fits the RVG cab to a teee. On another note the hood from the new revell snap KW is a short hood and it fits the RVG cab perfect as well, you just have to cut the header panel out from behind the grill for the RVG kit grill to fit it and a bit of work to get the RVG head light buckets in it and then you are good to go.

Hey Jim, I thought that the Movin' On truck was a short hood ??? Not like the long hood in the RVG kit. I am planning to cast a W900 short hood to fit the RVG cabs soon.

Hey Tim Now I think that is a great idea,,,when you could squeeze in writing a book with all you keep going on would be tough but I do think it is a good idea,,,who knows more about the Peterbilt trucks than you ??? I would think no one.

Hey Brad Thanks for the good words on the casting. The cab conversion is 45.00 and the hood is 35.00 and comes with the single square Pete lights.

Hey Tim, it is for sure resin. The glossy plastic like shine will go away soon, first time you hit the mold with mold release the shine is gone forever. Most of the time I will pull about 5 copies before hitting the mold with release. It also makes a diff of finish that is on the master part,,,new glossy kit parts make glossy resin parts,,,lol,,,
