Why worry about what the moderators think. Your build is awesome. Are you going to do some fat slicks on th front?

I got the wheels finished. The pe front and rear wheels are the same thickness. The kit wheels are fatter on the rear and thin on the front. So the KA set gets a B plus The kit tires get a F and will not get to be apart of my build. Man it is cool getting to play model god. (Lower case g as not to put me on the same plane as the real God) Anybody think i should polish the rims to make them shine like chrome or keep the aluminum look And i still need to add the center caps.

Here is another brain storm. Making a wire conduit loom was proving to be hard. Here is what i got as a first attempt. I think it will work though. This is a rough attempt the wire i used was to hard to strech out even. I will go with a smaller gauge "wrap" wire. All i did was wrap one wire around another. Then i pulled the wrapped wire off and coated it with liquid electical tape. I know this has been done with glue but it seamed to me that the glue would take forever to dry. This stuff dont take long and it is already black.

1/12 wire plugs
lanesteele240 replied to lanesteele240's topic in Model Building Questions and Answers
I have been searching for a way to make some sensor conectors for this ride. I did not see any so i brain stormed and came up with this. .08 and .1 channel evergreen stuck together. the smaller one is inside the larger one. Then i flipped it over, super gluged the wires in and added the little tab that you have to mash to get them apart( most the time they suck to get off) . Let me know what you think or do you have some ideas to make it better. -

1/12 wire plugs

I figured with 1/12 i could do more detail but my details stink. These plugs and wire conduits the crinkly kind in the above are hard to replicate -

Plugs like this -
Anybody know a good method to make the electrical plug connectors for sensors in 1/12 scale. All the ones i make end up looking like square blocks. Pics would help. Thanks
