Thank you guys, they are not really slicks, they are more like street/strip tires. This is the way a lot of guys in Puerto Rico hook these cars up. They are huge in the Island.

Gravity Colors...anybody bought from them lately?

Can't believe everything I am hearing but it's true, I constantly hear the same complaints about people not getting their paints. I've tried contacting Mate through the FB messenger which is how we usually talked but have not had any luck lately. It was through me that he was able to advertise in the magazine, wish he would remember that but obviously he is not giving a BLAH_BLAH_BLAH_BLAH. He messed up somewhere along the road.... -

Absolute beauty from any angle!!!!!!

Thanks guys and no, these were just foiled....

Really old build using a Dupli-Color paint with Tamiya Clear. Tires are resin redlines from Replicas and Miniatures. Pretty much out of box with a little plumbing and wiring on the engine and subtle details in the interior.

Thank you for the correction my friend, you are one of my inspirations.......

Paint is Tamiya Pure White with no clear. Added a few little extras to the engine and interior. Tires are not from the kit.

Thanks Jay, engine is from the kit but I added a Replicas and Miniatures Hop Up kit. For the wire looms, I went with hypodermic needles and fed the distributor wires right through. Fuel pump is also from Replicas and Miniatures......

Curbside build. Paint is Testors Enamel Anthracite Gray with a Testors Wet Look Clear, wet sanded, polished and waxed.....

No doubt and I though about it, just didn't want to drain the model in syrup.....

Thank you guys, I didn't like the way that Tamiya Pearl shined. Just doesn't have that wet look even after polishing it....

No worries brother, there is a reason for that..... -
Revell 1960 Impala. Testors Hugger Orange with a Tamiya Pearl clear. Tires and wheels are from Modelhaus. Built for the 60th Anniversary of the Impala. Should've gone with another clear but it is what it is......
