Got some more goodies for some future projects today from STS, the quality is amazing!!

Ordered mine Tuesday, showed up today!!

I asked him about that interior a few months back and he said he no longer offered it. If he’s changed his mind please let us know. I’d be in for a set.

Picked up the kits at a local Ollie’s yesterday and when I got home I had a huge order of 3D resin from Iceman Collections waiting for me.

Absolutely STUNNING!! Can’t wait to see how it turns out!

I’ve used this over Duplicolor paints with zero issues.

Harts hood fits good. The Monogram/Revell hood needs 1-1.5mm sanded off of both sides and the front to fit. I cut out the underhood firewall and inner fenders and used them on the 71 I’m turning into a 72 using Harts parts.

Stopped in one of my local Michael’s yesterday to see what they had. Figured I’d pick up another package of flocking from f nothing else. Had the packages marked on clearance for $5. Imagine my surprise when they rang up at $3 each.

Only seems right to make it a convertible since that’s the interior tub they’ve been using in that kit for years. I wish someone would design and or print a correct interior tub for this kit.

Awesome looking build of my all time favorite Mopar!! A tiny bit of advice if I may. The wheels in the kit are meant to be the Rally wheels with trim rings. The wheel weights would be behind the trim rings instead of on them.

Saw this at my local Walmart this morning. Rather interesting.

Managed to get some primer sprayed and a few blemishes fixed. Got a rollbar installed for safety. Is this the final color? Stay tuned to see….

I’m doing the same thing with the AMT 70 Superbee (VERY long term project). I was going to try and use the Charger interior as well but that made for a whole world of headaches, not to mention it wouldn’t be accurate.

I’ve looked through numerous threads from Roger and was in awe of the pure talent and skill he had. Some of his builds have inspired me to try something new or different in my own builds. This build is an awesome tribute to a man who had no idea how well liked and respected he was. I will definitely be following along on your tribute build and will most definitely be picking up a couple of these trucks as well as the 63 kit. Steve you sir are an inspiration to me as well as many others who have followed your work, and I’m sure this build will be top notch as all of your work is. Kudos to you sir!! 👍🏻
