  1. Oooooooooo. I really like the '44. I'm not as much a fan of cabovers, at least not American ones. I agree, more pics of the wrecker!
  2. I like the tea tray!
  3. I like it a lot! Great work!
  4. I have one of these. I failed MISERABLY though.
  5. Sergey, are you sure you didn't accidentally post your reference pics? Too good to be true!
  6. *reattaches jaw* It needs to be burned. Now. Just light it up.
  7. Looks like this is gonna be a great truck! I can't wait to see it.
  8. I have this kit, I'm still working on it. Any way to get the interior to fit into the body? The driver's side won't go all the way in. The body won't fit on the chassis either. But as for the kit, these are probably user errors.
  9. Looks good! I haven't seen a truck with a 'bed' like that though. All the lumber trucks around here are just generic flatbeds. Can't wait to see this model in all its glory!
  10. Looks awesome! I'm envious of your scratch building skills.
  11. Are you going to make it a box truck or a flatbed?
  12. That is a NICE truck. Did you scratch build the whole thing yourself?
  13. Looks great! I love to see pickups that aren't outrageous, but rather more like shop trucks.
  14. Looks good! As soon as I improve/get scratch building skills I want to build a truck with a cartoonishly large condo. Like 100 scale feet or so.
  15. Good luck! Thank you for your service!
  16. Looks amazing. I can't wait for this to be done! BTW, I haven't heard of "frenching" before, what is it?
  17. About the harbor freight kit, how is the quality? I've had bad experiences there in the past, but I'm willing to try them again.
  18. THese are some amazing trucks! I'm envious of your talent....
  19. Thanks guys! I will definitely be checking these out. Are there any current (1990's and up) heavy duty pickup kits out there? I have a car hauler trailer that begs for a truck.
  20. Looks good!
  21. Thanks Don! I will check that out.
  22. I have a few beginner questions to ask of you, so if you have any advice please share, even if it is a little off topic. First up, I want to buy an airbrush, because I've used rattle cans and only had mediocre results, only 1/3 of the time. Can you tell me, is this a good starter airbrush? http://www.testors.com/product/136949/9174/_/All-Inclusive_Workhorse_Airbrush_Kit I don't want to spend much more than that, as I have little time to earn money what with school. As for air, I have an air compressor with pressure gauge, but it's loud and not meant for airbrushing. Can I still use it, or should I buy something better? Second, I want to know if there is a good online model and parts store, because my LHS doesn't have a lot of more advanced models, and virtually no extra parts to speak of. If you can recommend a good place for someone on a budget, that would be much appreciated. Thanks in advance! -Jake
  23. I like your idea with the Post Its. I'll try that and see what I can do.
  24. Great looking truck! I want to build a truck like that, but only as a heavy duty towing vehicle.
  25. I love it! Can you show us how you built the winch?
