Thanks guys.... I have checked out all the suggested sites on detailing and they all seem the same. I will try those, sooner or later. Maybe some blackwash like Kenny suggested, just to see the difference. But I WILL venture into the other stuff. Thanks again for all the comments and suggestions. Found this kit in the attic about a year ago and thought I would try my building skills again. Lots of rust but getting some off. This was my first build since 1963 but have built about 5 since this one. Posting drives me up a wall. But here goes for the 1000th time.

Thanks guys for your comments. I did not have any specific problem with the build....I just figured, all NASCARs were pretty much the same except for the decals. I did replace the windows due to clearcoat spray. Repacing the windows made so much difference in the clarity. Not pictured. Maybe I will do what ricky said and try a different style. Now that I know how to post thru photobucket....I have a few others to show. Thanks again to all.
