    I Googled Model Car Builders Assoc. It gave me a website/ forum in Arizona. It Looks Like they build kool lowriders in their club if that is your interest. if not you are welcome to stay in our forum. check out our big boyz forum. Lots of kool 1/8th stuff built there.

    acording to mr. obsessive, he says he doesnt sand metallic paint he only clear coats it. i would ask him directly to be sure.

    My first model kit was the 1/32 scale porsche,by Monogram. It was a slot car body with a non-detailed chassis in the kit box. I built it at Harrisville State Park in northern Michigan when I was on vacation at age five. The first 1/25 kit was AMT's 1967 Ford Galaxie convertable called,"Hemi Henry ". I brushed painted it with testors dark blue. I paid 2.08 for it from Lighthouse Drugstore.Those were the good old days. It was the first kit that my dad helped me work on. Every time I see that model box at a model car show,good memories come flooding back!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    After seeing the real car in hot rod deluxe, I thought I was looking at it again. This is just awesome! It not only captures the real car perfectly, it brings you back to that era of drag racing when it was a simpler time!!!!!

    See revell-monogram ,if you dont bring the hardtop out in plastic, we will make it ourselves in resin or plastic. i think i will do one. i have a broken pillared 70 modelhaus monte carlo body that i have been saving. this is cool!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
