  8. Totally on the same page and yes I build for myself ~but~ I have got many "constructive advice" on some issues I would otherwise have not known or noticed, example I will never forget my "first" constructive comment from Ben about my exhaust on my Kenworth stating how good it looked but a shame I didn't remove the mold seam.....here it was something I would never noticed or known about until it was pointed out and the sad thing was he felt bad for pointing it out but I was forever grateful that he did and it help me to pay a bit more to detail....Lord knows I need all the help I can get....The things I hate when its jussssssssss flat out hateful n mean bashing comments...

  10. Hey Al,I got allllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllll sorts of truck kits that are un-built/touched I will bring in the ProStar and snap Kenny and a few others.....
  11. My all time favorite show,Rocky's truck "Rockford Files"
  12. Hey Al.the "snap" kits ain't all that bad, just a lil' lack of detail and some modelers have issues with the tires fitting but I have been fortunate on both of mine. When I came back to the hobby the Revell snap Kenworth was my first pick because it was cheap dollar wise and I thought of trying some "out of the box" ideas and I wouldn't be out of a lot of cash is I butchered it up ......I actually enjoyed working with them the only real big complaint I have with the kits is that yellow thing under the hood and other little things like the marker lamp is mounted to the headlamp bezel when should be on the fender above the headlamp...easy fix , mounting tabs for the interior bucket on the back of the sleeper.... Baby Girl just bought me another "Kenny" so I can build the Bicentennial Kenworth and if ya want at the next meeting I can bring it in so you can see whats in da' box......
