One of my favorite kits......excellent job on the paint scheme....big fan of the old fleet trucks.

On vacation this week with Baby Girl before she goes back to school next week....

...An old one done about 25yrs ago,based of a AMT modified kit bashed from other "roundy round" cars..didn't like the kit supplied hood so this was my first attempt at scratch building....this one will probably get a makeover in the near future,I want to ad wiring and plumbing to it,Kinda proud of this one for being a survivor from box to box and two moves and not one part fell off....again,feel free to comment,good bad,or indifferent... Late last night baby Girl n I were coming home from a good night of hanging out with the girlfriend and kids and as we were rollin' down the interstate in the Mustang we come up to the interchange where it always bottle necks and mind you I am driving in the right lane (slow lane)and as the traffic is slowing down I look in my rear view and here comes a Chevy truck flying up on me and not slowing,drop 2 and I run for the inside berm to avoid being hit and protecting precious cargo.....he swerves of and hammers on.....lil' ways down traffic is slowing down again due to the typical left lane cruisers and who almost comes into my lane same JERK,okay I am torqued now so drop one fly up beside to show him my appreciation and what do I see at 70mph in the left lane? .......TEXTING!!!!!.....

........I ALWAYS loved anything James Garner was in,even his westerns as I do not like westerns like Support your local sheriff,another favorite was Move over darling,Tank and Space Cowboys and so on and of course all time favorite Rockford Files .....truly the best actor ever in my opinion...Rest in peace Jimmy.......

..............I did the same thing to my dad maaaaaaaaaaaany years ago about his music and now that my music is "Old People Music" I have found appreciation for his "Old Peoples Music" and listen to his quite often............

Chuck you are the king of the "Road Beaters",love the whole creation but my favorite part is the slightly off color hood.

Wasn't quite on the "road" today but in our shop............Sorry for the poor quality,all I had was my cheap phone camera.....

That lil' thing is out of this world!!!,I love everything about it from the color,the engine to the graphics..........

........What I find a "worse" pet peeve is the vertical mold lines on the chrome bumpers i.e. Revells '57 Ford Custom .......

I thought of these when I found the add last year until I actually follow one with these on the turnpike and talked to the guy at the service plaza,he loved them but I just wasn't thrilled with the finish look....just my opinion , there are a few in my area running the Raxiom tails which do look sweet...........
