Its official,my first build since 1997,a simple kit that was suppose to get me back into the"Swing"of things....It was just gonna be "Out Of The Box" build but as the build started and seeing all the talent and ideas, tips here I decided to try a lot of "First"times and grant it not the best and greatest thing built, but I am happy with the results for the most part and I learned a lot along the way of the build and also "To Do's"and "Not To Do's" on the next project.....Thanks for every ones help and encouragement and please any comments, ideas, tips etc.,please as I can take criticism, how else can one learn??.....Thanks for lookin'

  6. If I feel ridiculously brave I will try to cut the holes open, but more than likely I will just black it out....originally when I purchased this kit my plans was to just build the thing out of box as a "get back into" model building, but NOOoooooooooo
  7. .....Scratch built, kit bashed, etc.,whatever it is,WHO CARES!!!,its a very good representation of a Saturday night Roundy Round car and Joseph did a great job in doing so.....so about the build which that's why he posted it,not to be educated on being politically correct whether or not its a scratch build,....Awesome job!!!,I like it very much and it is something you would see on a Friday/Saturday night!
  8. Cool Ol' GMC!!,I like the 60 inch sleeper, very neat idea.
  9. Russell,I always loved the real ride, and you did one AWESOME job, your attention to detail is superb!!!!
  10. OOOooops....Looking at my own posting the other day I noticed something that just didn't look right, the rear mud flaps I noticed the flaps was molded to the bracket a little too much.. After...trimmed off the excess plastic to make the flap "free" looking...I know it still isn't a 100% right still but better,I just didn't want to tear the frame all back down to redo the rear lamp panel but I will know on the next Kenny.....Also I noticed on the front bumper I didn't black out the square holes and also the "hinges" on the grille for the hood
