  1. This piece was dropped on my doorstep last week. The 1958 Chrysler New Yorker from Danbury Mint in Spring & Cypress Greens.
  2. Good Mike, as I was at the AMG club meeting a couple of weeks ago and the prez says that everything for the NNL is shaping up nicely and another great event is expected.
  3. Yes, as they go for $5 to $10 each at swap meets around here.
  4. The i-hobby show has been dwindling down over the years in both exibitors and spectators. In the past there used to be lots of exhibitors with large exhibits and lots of new products coming out in the future, as well as passing out swag items and catalogs to the many hobbyist and spectators that attended the show. Not anymore as they come with "shoestring exhibits", no swag, no catalogs, And very little to offer for the upcoming year.
  5. Rust still isn't cool. Not on my 1:1 cars, not on my models either.
  6. That "boulevard barge" looks great and reminds me of the 1:1 I had back in the 70's, only mine was red.
  7. Sorry to hear the sad news, my condolences.
  8. I used to do Gino's East back in the late 60's, what a great place.
  9. Good choice of wheels from the Willys kits and they also need a coat of Testors Dull-Coat as well. Don't forget the valve stems either.
  10. Great job as you do have talent.
  11. Only 28 more days Casey.

  21. The weather for driving today was bad, but the Cedarville Show was great. Lots of people I know, about 250 builds on the contest tables, and a great swap meet. I'll look forward to goin' again next year as well.

  23. Great job on that Mini-Man Randy. I still have a pair of them from back in the day, probably from Auto World.
  24. IMHO, that is a poor excuse for a model kit and not worthy of my time or glue.
