  1. Matt I posted the pics on my first post.
  2. Nice work, Chris. The military jeep kit that was released a while back had a 40's to 50's looking round mirror in the box, it was chrome too.
  3. I'm in, I will be building the transtar 4300 eagle with the 40' great dane dry goods trailer. ( I think that is the trailer) I will post pics as soon as possible.
  4. Nice job, cleaning up the KW.
  5. Nice trucks, is the sleeper on the KW from the T-600?
  6. outstanding work, Chris your engine looks great. I don't bother with the bolt head detail but it really stands out. for me I think adding that detail would take the fun out of it, I'm already using a worklight with magnifying glass and reading glasses.
  7. Excellent detail.
  8. I can't add anything that hasn't already been said, but great job.
  9. Great build, there was a mill in Lisbon Maine that made Celotex high density fiber board that dumped the trucks that way.
  10. Looks good, I like the last pic also.
  11. Looking good,I just went back through all nine pages of this post. You've come a long way Matt.
  12. Nice work, I like the low bed and drill rig.
  13. History channel should start around Feb or March.
  14. You may be right Mathew, I was thinking cab on the crane truck was centered on the frame. Sourkrouts has a resin kit called a RD-800, and I thought that is what the crane loader is on. Hard to tell, whenever they film it, its dark. Your right about Bonecrusher getting the first new Mack, and the older Pelletier got the second truck.
  15. Thanks guys, I got the idea to build this truck from watching American loggers. Sort of a spring time in Maine heavy haul truck, I like the Western Stars they run but I had this kit and they do have some Macks.
  16. I got them from AITM the rears are 12x24s and the fronts are 16x24s rear rims are Mack six spoke. I have shopped a lot at AITM I have a winch that I want to ad before I call the truck done.
  17. In the old MTFA catalog is listed one ton wheels they are five whole buds. catalog numbers are WT-26 , WT-27 . I would e-mail Dave at AITM he still stocks some stuff from the old catalog. the e-mail address is www.aitruckmodels.com
  18. Looks great, you need a new shelf just for that rig.
  19. Great job Jim, you made those monogram wheels and tires look easy. I had the orange issue of that truck but the frame had a significant sag, I tried to straiten it and wound up messing it up completely. I am slowly using the parts in other kits.
  20. I saw one of those bucket tracked trucks a while back, and yours looks close to the one I saw. Looks good now you get to build a truck and trailer to move it around.
