Build it as it was .......... Tommy Gale and the Sunny King #64 Thunderbird are important pieces of Nascar history ............. I just wish the proper Thunderbird kit had been available 20+ years ago when I built my "Sunny Bird"

The funny part is that there is actually no green on that body ............ having totally exhausted my supply of Cobracolors Candy Apple Green, I had to resort to other means .......... the upper part of the body was sprayed with Cobracolors Meridian Turquoise Metallic ..... the lower body and the stripe on the upper surfaces was sprayed with Cobracolors Navy Blue Metallic .......... then the whole thing was covered with Cobracolors Candy Mayan Gold ......... the end result is pretty much what I was looking for in the first place
