Oh wow that looks nice. Now I regret not buying one of those when I had the chance. Matter of fact I am ordering the same exact kit right now because of this LOL
I will pretend that the Daytona Spyder had it's engine blown and after spending a mil+ on it the owner only had enough money for a chevy V8 as a replacement LOL.
I JUST started on the same exact kit. I was going to make it into an actual Ferrari Daytona, but the what appears to be a chevy V8 engine kinda threw me off. Good job by the way.
I usually pick up kits from Michaels that I cant find anywhere else, but either way even with the 40% off the kits there still cost more or less the same as at the hobby stores.
I was thinking of getting one of those kits. How was it? You look like a pro so I'm sure you had no trouble building it, but how difficult or easy would that kit be for an average modeler? Any flaws in it?
I just used duplicolor enamel clear over a duplicolor enamel gloss black and parts of the surface where the clear has been applied appear to be "cloudy" or "milky". Did I use too much or maybe not enough? Anyone have any idea what this whole cloudy white thing is all about?
