  1. souped up vans are a norm in japan they even drift them
  2. yeah evilones post wired me up sorry about that but the wiki link pretty much explains it "donk" traditional is a 1970s-era Impala or Caprice with a sloping rear end"
  3. says who were you actually there to meet this alleged "drug runner" let me guess scrappers were started by drug dealers too huh you build lowriders, never have i once seen you build a highrider so that tells me a lot about what you know about that movement. that applies to all kinds of motorsport hobbies including lowriders and not limited to anything else. what does race have to do with anything ?
  4. thats not funny you better fix that before i call the attention to East Coast Ryders to set you straight
  5. which is ovious cause you dont know ###### about them
  6. man those were the days the nascar went and messed everything up
  7. lol i havent started on the paint. i call them highriders if they dont fit the Donk, box or bubble marquee but people that dont know anything about the scene automatically associate any lifted car with 20+" wheels as a donk its very annoying. this type of lift has a name called the "dade lift". nope not the limo didnt even know they made one
  8. gotcha hate donks find yourself elsewhere so far i got the suspension half done im thinking of going wild with the paintjob as this will be used as advertisement at my hobby shop

  15. simulated top, tinted windows, porche wheels nothing big. the window tint was decal printed with transparent black. they look wrinkled cause theyre still drying
  16. used liquid mask today better result than tape for me
  17. nothing fancy just a quick build the wheels are R&M
  18. did this with decal paper i sprayed candy orange over clear decal sheet then layed the decal behind the glass
  19. its easier to apply the glue to the foil then work from there also cheap dollar store foil is easier to work with
  20. "Only if you want it" named after a Eazy E tune
  21. brush it on then let it dry then use, i noticed first hand that it has a strong bond but if you dry brush it just right it has the same adhesion as bmf but you have to have a super fresh number 11 to get clean cuts. it burnishes well and has a little flex
  22. it screams sex on wheels
  23. thanks i did a 58 impala diecast with the same method heres the rest of the cadillac
  24. took a good 4 hours but it came out decent the tinfoil cost about 70 cents and its about as thick and flexible as bmf
