  1. Well I didn't like how the chrome looked when I put the chrome powder over clear coat so I reprimed with black gloss and reapplied the chrome powder. I think it was worth it the chrome shines now I also added chrome and black BMF around the windows and installed the back window. Added the head light lens and still have to fix the bar in the grill.
  2. Pat nice detail on the vents.
  3. Pat looking good your moving right along on this. As for your stacks it's going to be up to to decide if you want the tuff look of the practical look with a car transporter. I've seen some of the older car haulers that had short stacks tha turned out instead of straight up. Either way it's going to be a cool looking rig.
  4. Sean sorry to hear that you are having to pack up your hobby area hope every thing goes well for you.
  5. Brian great looking plumbing on the air lines!
  6. I sprayed model master ultra gloss clear coat over the chrome powder and it turned it a dull gray so I have to redo the chrome powder. I fixed the BMF and painted the side marker lights. I now have the screen gluded in and the hood hinge back in. The bumper now has CA glue instead of white glue. Limited time tomorrow with the Easter holiday but I would like to get the interior and cab set in place. The top running lights are still just test fitting and also added the Ram head. And also finally fix the broken bar in the grill
  7. This is one awesome build to follow!
  8. As already stated nice work truck! Around here they run them with the sleepers still on them they look like dump body just slapped on.
  9. Very nice looking KW Gino!
  10. Pat keep up the great work this just gets better with each new post.
  11. Little up date today I striped the chrome on the running lights, bumper and horns and applied the chrome powder. Working fixing the BMF on the "O"
  12. Pat this is so cool I'm glad you decided to cut it up its looking great.
  13. Nice progress Pat have fun at the concert.
  14. Pat the head lights look good.
  15. Very cool Pat this is going to look fantastic when you have it open up. Keep it coming.
  16. My chrome powder came today. I'm going to get a lot of use from this powder it is so easy to use I just used a Q-tip to rub it on and then polish. I'm going to have to replace the O in Dodge my tape pulled it off
  17. Made some progress in the interior with the seats and dashboard placement. Also drilled the pilot holes for the running lights and horns. They are just trial fit they still need to be cleaned up and some Amber paint.
  18. Micheal that's what I ordered I've seen some other projects with it and it looks like some good stuff.
  19. Jacobus nice paint job I like your colors. Going to be a very sharp looking truck.
  20. Worked on cleaning up the grill cut outs and sprayed gloss black as my primer for the chrome powder if it ever gets here going on 3 weeks since I ordered it from Germany. Also started some polishing on the cab.
  21. Looks good Joe glad your having time to spend on the bench.
  22. Pat your interior looks good. I've not added any side or back panels on mine. With the cab being small and tight with the seats in and the Windows small you have a hard time seeing any details. The Bighorn I have from Fronter resin has a interior tub that you may be able pick one up from. It has the same cab as yours. Good luck on your water problem.
