  1. Hello, thanks! It's all H and R stuff. The chassie is a slider frame that'll accomodate several scales, the motor is a 40k... All stock.Funny thing is I've had to buy two of several models, the ones to bang up and the ones to remain shelf queens. LOL
  2. Thanks! I'll check it out.
  3. Ha! Cool Ill do my part to keep it posted.
  4. You should post some photos!
  5. Thanks, you know I liked that image so much that I framed a copy of it also.
  6. Same here, great looking engine!
  7. The right image behind a build makes all the difference in the world. This was just a stock photo mounted to foam board, with sand and a mist of spray paint for extra color and detail.
  8. I got back in to building models after I got back in to slot cars! Now I just can't stop! Nothing fancy here, stock H&R with a 55 Chevy body and a little Dio to go with it.
  9. Nice! I love these cars.
  10. That's cool, I would have to take down some old Kiss posters... I'm sure my wife wouldn't object. HA!
  11. Man, That's great! I dont know what I enjoy more, your GF is building too or the great service at the hobby shop! Pay it forward!!
  12. Between this and another BAma win, it's a great day!!
  13. I was just thinking that they fold down, so why couldnt they be save them like that? I'm sure a lot could be kept in a plactic storage tub.
  14. For real man!
  15. Do you all keep the boxes?
  16. Great looking build, the engine work is incredible!! I just built the new version of this too and, well, was a little disappointed in it and myself. I didn’t have the forthought at the time to compensate for the side decals as I didn’t realize they weren’t opaque and let the red and blue show through, when painting. Very cool!!
  17. I don’t know what to say… this is incredible. Your fabrication, the paint, the whole concept is simply amazing.
  18. When I’m at my workbench nine out of ten times I’ll pull out an album to listen to while I’m working. Yes, I said album, I have hundreds so it’s really the only time I can listen to them. Recently I've reacquainted my self with “Double Live Gonzo†- Ted Nugent, Aerosmith - “Rocksâ€, “Aliveâ€- KISS, “One More From the Road†– Lynyrd Skynyrd and “Wanted! The Outlaws†- Waylon Jennings, Willie Nelson, Jessi Colter. What about you all?
  19. That’s sharp! Great looking engine!
  20. Thanks Shaver, its a work in progress.
