    My first car was a maroon colored one that was a hand me down. it only lasted me 6 months.

    Wish I had a picture of it, but I used just the fabric paint from testors. Light coats to cover, Duplicolor sandable flat black, then testors satin clear. I know, lots of steps, but looked better that the vinyl top spray. (in my opinion only, your results can vary) Tim

    years ago in a magazine about models there was I think a 32 ford done like that. Thats all about i can remember.

    I bought one a few years ago off of e-bay, and lets say it wasnt cheap. Its cool as a whole, but there is a lot to be disired, like the 6 cylinder overhead cam all chrome engine, and all in 1 interior bucket. Mine is missing some parts so in the stash it went.

    I have to agree with the Sherline. I was looking at other brands (Chinese) and settled on a Sherline, due to the preference on this board. I have had it about six months now and just love it.

    This is what I use also. I have tried the coat hanger also, but just goe back to the bottle.

    My excuses: Didnt know how. where do I get a picture from. lazy. not a big deal. Dont post a lot(lurk every day though) Now some of you got me going, so maybe Ill work on it. As far as age? I am a half century old and proud of it.

    If my memory serves me, it was only 1 line in that building. They were simular to the t-600's but the side windows were not straight on the bottom. This was 18 years ago with a class about auto body painting.

    Not to hijack your post's, but once I got to go and take a tour of the Kenworth plant in Seattle. I can see in my mind exactly what your talking about. That was a cool experience.

    I like having a DVR. Fast forward through commercials, and if I have seen an episode, then it gets deleted. I can watch almost all 4 in the same amount of time 2 in regular time.
