  1. This is true Tim, some creativity and plastic n you can build some beauties, not to mention very economical to get ahold of. Here's my somewhat project 350 build I did.
  2. I will have to take some, it's at our scrapyard shop but since I got a different job I don't get over that way as much as I'd like. I'll see if my brother can snap a few n send me.
  3. Yea he pulls a stainless reefer. The whole combination is a beautiful unit. I built one of these myself. Takes up some room on he shelf haha

  7. I'd go with a kw. Stretched out. Conventional or cabover works but Up my way the Spencer's pull cattle in old w900a's. They run sharp units.
  8. I've got a 1970 diamond that was my dads truck, I grew up in that ol girl. Anyways he parked it 15 years ago we still have it, it Sets at the shop. I'm hopin to restore it. 400 small cam cummins. She was a runner.

  10. She's a beaut! I drove for a company hauling septic waste, running honey dippers ain't exactly a dream job tho. I had " We haul milk on the weekends! " on my back bumper. The P.U.C. Cop always got a kick out of it haha

  12. Heres one I built for a guy I work with, he used to drive one just like it. He gave me some pics n said build it for me. Custom grill scratch built dump box custom air cleaners and a drop visor and bumper. To think it started life as a snap kw!
  13. Here's my two, ones a setback axle built like the trucking grew up in and the other was a product of no direction the looks similar to the truck from over the top.

  17. Yea western stars are great trucks, pops is 4964FX with a C-12 kitty under the hood and an 18 speed. Ain't the fastest out there but she pulls like a bulldozer.

That looks great man, these kits are great because of the price it makes people a little easier to experiment and try building things different and cutting in and stretching frames, the price makes the model all more forgiving I suppose. Heck I've built 3 of th Pete's and two of the kws I like them
