  6. Hello all, Hey guys thanks for the information, I got an idea now, and I am going to try it as soon as I get the necessary tools to do so. I would really like to learn to do this kind of detailing, I will keep everything said here in mind, and try my best. Thanks again.
  7. Hello all, I have been reading and looking at many things on this site very closely. What peaks my interest this time is trying my hand at wiring Spark Plugs, etc. So can anyone tell me how to get started, and what is the best products to use?
  8. Very Imaginative! .
  9. I have not had any problems painting parts on the Spure, But to each his own, that is a really good tip on the Skewers and Blu-Tac, I may try it one day.
  10. I got mad today, I wanted this same exact kit, but when I went to the Hobby Lobby the last one had been sold , I ended up Buying a 69 Camaro L-72 Motion along with Metallic Black paint. Oh well, I will order this kit , anyway I definitely want to see how this one turns out , Keep it roll'n.
  11. That interior is Awsome , I am following this one.
  12. Thanks for the correction , .
  13. I don't know for sure if there was a kit for it, But my first car was a 1985 Toyota Celica, I loved that car but 5 months later the radiator got clogged and the engine overheated, I tried like heck to get it back to running condition but it ended up costing to much and so it was junked.
  14. a '69 Camaro L-72 Motion, Master Modeler's Metallic Black Paint, and a tube of Testors Putty.
  15. You can easily set up a PayPal account to accept donations, though I don't have all the details, but I know that it could be done.
  16. I recently just got the AMT kit that I needed from EBAY, It's the waiting that really kills some times, other than that, I have had no problems with sellers items. Even if the Picture/s were not of good quality, if I really needed it I would bid/buy it.
  17. Thanks for the info, I will try it . And by the way, Excellent job! I can't wait to see this one get finished.
  18. I really love what you have done with the engine. Excellent job on the Charger!
  19. Call me Stupid, Call me godless, Call me what you will, as a Buddhist here, I find that modeling teaches Patients, Concentration, and keeps the Mind focused on one thing. It keeps kids and adults alike out of trouble . So I use modeling as another form of Meditation, and also its cool! Say what you will, this is how I enjoy it.
  20. Another Car I would like to see in a kit is a 1965 Rolls-Royce, Used by The Beatles for the album Sergeant Pepper's Lonely Hears Club Band.
  21. Sweet! I love those Buick Riviera's! Nice job .
  22. Looking good , I cant wait to see it finished.
  23. Hello all, Another update with pictures! I just got in the 49' Mercury kit from AMT, Swapped the fenders and had to glue and hold them on to make it them stay, though on the AMT kit a bar was going across the guards, so I carefully cut them out. Also I added a few decals from that kit to the Engine compartment, Since I do not know what the engine looked like from the movie, I thought it would be neat just to place them there, acurate or no. Also I had alittle oopss the other day, I accidentally set the body on top of a Q-tip damp with paint thinner, And as you can imagine it burned right through my paint job, So I ended up taking off the paint and respraying it again . So now the windows are all fogged up and I have to order replacement windows. I am still waiting on the tires which will be in soon, and the Flat hubs I ordered. Though I would much rather be showing off a finished project, this one is going to take allot of time, and waiting . Anyway thanks for looking.
  24. I have been wondering, what is that stuff you used to make the Deffuser? I am looking for something like this to build the Hood scoop I want.
