  1. I was able to do this in less than 10 minutes using .015 solder. Hope this helps.
  2. Hey Fox Barbed wire it 2 main strands w/ the bard wrapped around both strands every so often w/ the points on opposite sides of the wrap. I would just use craft wire and make it.
  3. Lookin' good Sam. I've not graduated into 'electrifying' my projects as of yet. This is my first 'outside the box' project ever, so I think I'm gonna keep things in slow motion. lol
  4. I got some paint splattered on 'Bad Karma' today. I also figured out what to do with the skull & cross bones I bought last night, too. A couple more mach up pics for comment. Let me know what you think.
  5. How's it goin' Nathan? I have learned SO much from the things I have seen posted on this site. I have joined in on two CBP's one of which is STILL not finished (go figure) lol, and one that I'm currently deeply into, the Zombie Apocalypse build. I'm having a blast with this one because I've always just build hot rods and muscle cars. This build is SO far out of the box it's not funny. My room mate thinks my imagination exploded all over my work bench. Any way, have fun, share and learn from everyone and everything you read here. Glad to have you.
  6. Sorry about the googlin', it's a bad habit, and it's a line from Wiki by the way. But it doesn't mean I still don't throw a fit when I can't watch the show on Sunday nights, lol. It would be nice to see some new face in the series, too.
  7. From the Walking Dead. For the TV series character, see Michonne (TV Series). Michonne (pronounced ME-SHAWN) is a mysteriou. I love that show!
  8. Hobby Lobby got a few more dollars tonight as I scavenged for some more stuff for project 'Bad Karma'. Now to figure out how to use them.
  9. I almost like the open roadster look better myself.
  10. Just a couple of mock up pics from my 'Bad Karma' build. I know the 1st one is fuzzy, sorry. The 2nd one is better, hopefully.
  11. My first teaser picture for my 'Bad Karma' build. Sorry it's fuzzy, crappy camera. I decided to go ahead a scratch build my cowl hood with some diamond plate & angle Iron & try to make it look like it was welded on. I also tried my hand at a 'tiger stripe' camo type design, too. Let me know what you think with what you can see.
  12. I love how the exhaust turned out.
  13. For those of you who might be interested, The Walking Dead series starts up again tonight at 8p cst on the AMC channel.
  14. I believe I know exactly which direction this might be going. Does the name James Garner go with this model project? I saw a pic of the real deal in an off road mag a while back and it blew me away. Now the gears are turning for me. I just have to many irons in the fire, like we all don't, right now.
  15. I just ran across your thread. I would love to try to attend , but Tues's aren't good for me as I work days Mon-Fri & I live in Salina. I would, however, be interested in coming to a show/contest if you were to have one on a weekend.
  16. Trying to get paint laid out on the Camaro today. In the process of fighting a dadgum headache, too. Will try to get pics up later while paint is drying.
  17. That's a SICK build Roger. Makes me drool. Sorry if it spilled out onto your desk. And although, I am a S&M fan (get your minds out of the gutter), I would have to find a different paint scheme.
  18. Thanks George, I'll go check them out. I do need to correct myself though, too. Reliable has an OMNI not a Colt. I think either would make a sweet build.
  19. Does anyone know of a company that produces a 70's Dodge Colt that can be built into a pro stock? I know in the past "Reliable" had one, but am not sure who else might. Thanks for reading.
  20. Sounds like it's gonna turn into a pay pal/ebay hassle to me.
  21. I have to say, I looked at every single post in theis thread and everyone's builds are amazing. My mind is running the 100 yard dash right now imagining future projects to come up with. Here's my latest project finished about a month ago. Hope you enjoy.
  22. I like the design of the green graphix you did. Using pretty much the whole rear 1/4 and bring it forward into the 'spear', looks really good.
  23. It's been a while since I've had time to get some updated pics up for my Camaro build. I haven't gotten much done this week but here are a few pics of what I did get to do. Sorry if some of them are a bit on the fuzzy side (stupid camera). The updated C5R engine. I ordered my stacks from Wheelman and shortened them to fit under the hood. I sat at work on Tuesday while on break and made the fuel rails and installed the braided line for some extra effect. The interior. Generic red & black, with a mixed red & black flocking for the carpeted areas. I think it looks fairly sharp. And the wheels. Standard C5R BBS wheels. Painted the centers the same Cherry red as the interior for a little accent. Comments and suggestions welcome. Thanks for looking.
  24. OK, Thanks a lot for the info guys. That's where I'll go then is the Ghostbuster's kit.
  25. I got an envelope that was supposed to have a part in it. The envelope was in a plastic bag taped closed, and no part. The return address was unreadable, so they went ahead a forwarded it to me, empty. What a system, huh?
