  1. Where can I find these? It seems like they stopped making them which is unfortunate. I really like the looks of them and the fact that they are machined. Any word on whether or not we'll see these in production again?
  2. wow! Sweet colors. I gotta look into that Alclad enamel
  3. I was curious about this kit. Very cool, nice build
  4. Clean! Too sweet my friend
  5. Very cool, I like the back as you don't see them black often
  6. Air cleaner looks great already. I can see it finished now...
  7. neat idea! Came out sweet
  8. Love that color. What did you use?
  9. Neat work on the hood, this keeps gettin better and better
  10. Very clean built, I dig it. I do agree with Harry, could be sitting a little lower so the wheel wells hug the tires. Nice job on what can be a brutal kit
  11. Classy! Thanks for bringing it out, deserves to be seen
  12. Lookin slick. Keep it goin
  13. It does look pretty good without a chop, and if you use spotlights it will certainly make the roof look even lower. Nice work so far, diggin the taillights and wheel treatment
  14. does this version come with the custom grill bar with the bullets on the ends that you receive in the new 3 in 1 trophy series kit?
  15. Box art Certainly can get me interested enough to look twice and see whats actually inside, and I'll admit that I'm not old enough to remember these reissue kits but I certainly dig the nostalgia of vintage box art. There's a vibe they send out, A certain imagination that gets your creativity revving, but for me I still need to know whats inside. I do find some of these AMT reissues very temping and to answer your question, from a younger model builder, I believe this marketing tactic is a good one and overall brings a very sweet warm vibe to this great hobby.
  16. Does anyone know if this kit comes with pad printed white walls or the decal ones that come with the regular 1950 Olds? Also, I see that the grill is molded together with the bumper? What gives? Has anyone tried using this on an AMT 51 Chevy Fleetline? Id love to try it if it does... How is the Included Rocket 88? Thanks in advance...
  17. Loving the process. Keep it goin. Glad you went with the AMT kit as I have a Revell one, while pretty cool w/ sweet option parts, I just don't dig the chop they did with it as well as a few other things.
  18. Very cool! Nice job
  19. Fantastic build. Beautiful paint!
  20. Wow nice job!
  21. Its pretty simple for me. I started when I was a child and have been hooked ever since. The more I build the more I learn, not just about the models but 1:1 as well. My obsession for cars increases daily and building the models gets me as close as I can to building real ones. Someday...
  22. The streetburner kit I have is 1/24. Looks more accurate to me than the 1/25. Seems like some of the newer revell 1/25 look a little off to me. What gives?
  23. exceptional build of a beautifully classic example! I really love these old Lincolns
