wow that is some awesome work when you get this runnin you need to make a video and post it on you tube i wanna see this run. I have a peterbuilt i bought thats remote controlled its pretty cool But never seen one made out of a model

i glue them together then sand where needed and putty them in and paint or alcad

i make spot mirrors out of thin plastic cover it with alcad then use a paper punch to make the round mirror head , then if you are making fender mirrors i would either use some paper clips to make the frame or thin wire

all the projects look good. I am gettin the same way im starten all these projects and not completing them. Maybe its a old age thing. LOL

You got some nice kits. price doesnt sound too bad. But I dont think i will buy from him. Got too many right now that i need to build anyway. LOL

suprisingly when i built this kit as my movin truck i didnt have a issue with the tires and rims they werent any worse then any of the other kits

I have used the postal service to ship models and 80% of the time they get here fine except small stuff like mirrors 'smoke s tacks etc.But even with fragile plastered on the boxes i got a few that looked like they got droopped out of a airplane .I finally straightened out my mailman. he doesnt like to bring packages to the door.so he trys to stuff them in the mailbox.One looked llike he took his foot and shoved the box in i didnt think i was goin to be able to get it out.ups aint no better i bought a power board from my tv shipped ups got it the box was smashed and the board was completely shattered in 4 pieces so dont know if you can trust any of them LOL

Never tried it on paint.But i have used it to take the black streaks off my camping trailer it works great for that,I didnt wear gloves didnt hurt my skin.As far as paint stripper for models I use oven cleaner .I take old milk jugs cut them in half put the body ,parts n bottom half .Spray the oven cleaner on well.Then take the top and cover the bottom half leave sit for a day or 2.Some paints come right off The more stubborn stuff i use green scouring pad .Works well for me
