  1. I've started working on trying to play "Night Moves" from Bob Seger. Should be easy if I learn all the chords eh?
  2. AWESOME!!!
  3. Fuel would be something like this: Dry sump oil system: Then, what kind of nitrous do you want? Dry, wet, etc?
  4. Ditto. But other than that, nice job.
  5. Ugh. You guys are giving me too many suggestions!!! I think I'll get the Squier to last me a year then maybe I'll get something a little better. Thanks everyone.
  6. Darryl!! Wayne gave us an introduction of your builds a while ago and all I can say is WOW!!! Hard picking a favorite, but I'd say mine is the Super Gas '55. Nice avatar by the way LOL
  7. I've already made a thread like this: http://www.modelcars...opic=46938&st=0 Unless you just mean any project of any kind of car? Welcome to the forum by the way.
  8. Painting. I always look forward to this stage, but I always find a way to screw it up somehow.
  9. Please excuse the mess, I was too lazy to clean mine up first LOL Whole bench: Paint storage: Acrylic paints with water: Paint cans:
  10. It is, but Neil Peart was the PERFECT replacement. It's alright Mike. I don't want any high dollar equipment, I just need to find something that sounds good, and works.
  11. Sweet builds Ken!!!
  12. Hey, the intro of Money For Nothing is metal in my opinion We do have a music place a couple miles down the road, I'll have to get in there sometime to check out what they have.
  13. Hmm...I've heard that the built in distortion isn't very good....I'll be playing all the old school heavy metal like Rush, ZZ Top, Dire Straits, James Gang, etc. What do I do now? I have the money for this stuff, but I'm saving up for buying parts for my truck...The 4" lift is already $400 out of my bank
  14. I think I'll get the Squier, with this amp: http://www.google.com/products/catalog?q=guitar+amp&hl=en&cid=4091420747625766182&os=sellers Then I need my two cables and a distortion pedal. Man it gets expensive
  15. Just got the news a few minutes ago.. RIP Dan It's very rare to see a death in motorsports in this day but they do unfortunately happen.
  16. Here's a video of my terrible playing.... I know, I need to work on everything. I'm working on that now.
  17. Yeah, I've got a 31" acoustic lol. Just got new strings after not changing them for two years, boy do they sound better! Even though I've been playing a couple months, I'm just now getting around to learning the basic chords. :\
  18. I never knew that 50 were white! I just thought it was some kind of different color scheme you made up.
  19. Really, I need nothing special since I suck at guitar. If I can get a cheap one to last me a year or so, then I could upgrade. But hey, the Starcaster at least can't be any worse than that $75 one I wanted
  20. It's working fine now, and nice Bluebird you got there......
  21. Hmm...With a cheap $30 amp, and a cheap distortion pedal, it's actually a couple bucks cheaper. So, what's wrong with the Starcaster? I heard something about the strings coming untuned when using the tremolo bar.
