  1. Yeah, Micro mark makes them in decal form..Robert Nagle put them on his cabover, And they look pretty convincing!! And the 3rd Dash you were asking about, Was a simple difference...A bigger glove box in front of the passenger seat... Thanks
  2. Yep!! It's next, Maybe a 362 coe or a double bunk 352 coe... And Thanks for the kind comments!!!
  3. Just an update on the KW...I started running air lines and started working in the interior again and cab corner/headlight buckets. I also test fitted the cab to the frame. Heres some more pics of the progress... Thanks for following along!!
  4. Hey Rob!! The Diamond REO is the best donor kit for your Big Horn build...It's what I used for my Dodge CNT 900 Road tractor.. Being that the Big Horn has a longer hood,It should be easier to do than my CNT 900!! Good luck with it!!!
  5. Good luck Steve!!! Please post lots of pics!!! Remember...Check all your measurements 3 or 4 times before cutting!!
  6. Just be sure before you "commit"!!! That would be an interesting subject!!
  7. ...And a few sheets of.040" Evergreen sheetstock,And you'll have it!!!
  8. Anything can be done if you want it bad enough!! Good luck!!
  9. Thanks Jim!! I had to fix a mess up,That spot filler was the culprit...I'm glad I found out before I went with more...3M white automotive Glazing and spot putty wasn't compatable(too hot)!! Bob Downie / zoom-zoom has told me to use the Red 2 part "Bondo" brand spot putty...He's Good!! So I know it will work!!!
  10. Hey Everyone!! Heres another update. I was starting back on the bodywork on the cab...Needless to say that I went back and cut both sides of the sleeper out due to warpage. So I replaced the sides with Evergreen .060" sheetstock. Now it's straight!! And way less bodywork!!Heres some more pics of the progress on the cab... Thanks for following along!!
  11. Hey Everyone!! Heres an update,I just about finished setting up the engine and did some "Diamond tuck" patterning on the interior...Still a long way to go... Thanks for following along!!!

  15. I'll see if I can find a good pic that shows the difference...
  16. Wow Dan!!! This is a step back in time!!! Beautiful!!!!
  17. Mine uses a Diamond REO chassis..Thanks Dan!!
  18. LOL !!! I know whatcha mean Jim!!! Thanks Steve!! I will do that!!!
  19. Yes, but it's also a newer version with single square headlights and a "more rounded" E model?? Not really the same other than it's a cabover... Thanks Matt!!
  20. I used the entire chassis,Transmission,sleeper,etc...Basically I used the whole truck less the hood,I cut the fronts of the fenders off to get the headlight buckets, cut the cab all apart to use the doors and jambs and the center section of the roof. and I cut the doorpanels out of the interior, the seats and bases steering wheel and column and so on...There is very little waste of the kit,actually...The dash shape is correct to a 1980...And depending on how a particular truck was optioned, 3 dash designs were available...The cab hinges will be 16 gauge sheet metal...I haven't had much luck with brass...Painting sheet metal requires less prep than brass too,And not to mention...Cheaper!!! Oh....And workin' with "Metalglow"....LOL !!! It's a Blast!!!
  21. Heres some progress pics of the Cummins and chassis...
