  1. I've ordered from Matt before and I would not hesitate to do so again. The quality is high(both the master part and the castings themselves), prices are reasonable, delivery time is quick and he has been very good about communicating with me. Two superglued thumbs up!!!
  2. SHARP looking Fairlane, Brian!!!
  3. Thanks for your information and for taking the time and effort to respond, Gene. I certaily do appreciate you sharing your knowledge!!!
  4. I have the majority of parts and pieces of an original AMT 1964 Pontiac Grand Prix awaiting restoration. This hodgepodge does NOT include a hood, and I was wondering if an orignal AMT 1964 Pontiac Bonneville hood would work in its absence. I realize that The Modelhaus does offer this piece in resin, but if I had a choice, I'd prefer prehistoric AMT styrene. Any information would be greatly appreciated!!!
  5. I'd be THRILLED if anyone tooled up a new kit of any of the GM 1973-77 "Collonnade" A-Bodies myself - perhaps a rep/stock Malibu Laguna or(DARE I HOPE) an El Camino in addition to a Lemans/Grand Am variant??
  6. At first blush I was in amazement that someone could make the crude old PMC Ranchero into something so nice - then I read that you made this ENTIRELY from Revell's prehistoric multipiece body kit?!?? Kudos to you!!!
  7. It certainly isn't the best, but one that still makes me grin...
  8. I've seen TKM's castings in person - wouldn't it have been easier to scratchbuild??? Those things were NEVER meant to look that good - my kudos to your tenacity, skill and vision to produce such a GORGEOUS replica from such humble origins!!!
  9. Johnny, your wife, your family and yourself are in my prayers tonight. I wish everyone the best in this situation.
  10. Simply GORGEOUS, Ron - I don't know what else to say!!!
  11. Anyone remember Woody Harrellson's ride in the movie "Kingpin"??? REALLY neat interpretation of Revell's kit, Chuck!!!
  12. Looks ready to cruise to the swap meet or the nearest "anti-billet" show. NEET ride, Chuck!!!
  13. SAWEET Crown Vic, Brian!!! Don't suppose you could let us know whose diecast that began as??
  14. That is a lovely rendition of that kit - I certainly hope that mine comes out a fraction as nicely as yours did!! BRAVO!!!!!
  15. All beautiful builds, Terry, but seeing that old T.J. Hooker-based Monaco makes me remember cracking open the latest issue of SA and reading "Light Commercial" way back then. Thanks for the memory trip!!!
  16. All three are real lookers, but if I had to pick a fave, it would definitely be the WIP 81-85 "Flying Brick"!! Nicely rendered replicas, Wayne!!!
  17. ....A boy forum met a girl forum one day, and they fell madly in love......
  18. Chris - that magnificent beast of yours is drop-dead GORGEOUS!!!
  19. Wonderfully finished - I only WISH that I could produce results so clean and sharply done!! Kudos to you!!!
  20. JEEZ, I WISH I had thought of that!!! Every Impala SS conversion I have done so far has involved gluing the rear spoiler onto the decklid, grinding to size and then filling and shaping the resultant mess to shape. I really do need to use my brain more.... Really interesting WIPs, Mister Jessee - that Caprice wagon does look so right!!!
  21. Well, I suppose that makes two of us!!! It certainly is good to see some old and familiar friends, especially the "Cochise County" contest 93 Orca from the "Light Commercial" column days. I still remember looking upon your works with great admiration - your creations certainly have inspired me over the years!!!
  22. Totally overwhelming!!! One detail that my feeble mind managed to absorb while trying to comprehend all that has been created - the convex mirror face giving the proper reflection of the seat images - just like the real thing. Very humbling.......
  23. INCREDIBLE - Your perseverance in replicating the original to the utmost degree is astonishing, to say nothing of your craftsmanship!!!
  24. Certainly one of the most accurate renditions of this kit that I have seen - BRAVO!!!
