  1. Nice work on the shocks Greg, they look great.
  2. Thx. Guys , so while sitting here having lunch and looking at my pictures I just realized I need to run my steering shaft, hope it clears the turbo, gonna bother me till I get home from work lol.
  3. Looking sweet, you sure do work fast.
  4. Can't wait to see what you do with this Jack, will definitely following along. We can line them up when your done lol.
  5. Great work, Can't wait to see them all lined up together.
  6. Thx. Guys, Ok the turbo's went back to the original location and are done. Every thing is just pinned together at this point, The exhaust exit is just for checking to see what it looked that's why they are unequal length but that is where they will exit. I still have to make the wastegates which i will attempt to do on my lathe, I will start on the intake tommarrow. This is what i want to build for an intake, but the throttle bodies will be in the back.
  7. Looks great Greg, nice clean work.
  8. anemic? 7/32" .218Dia. 5.5mm , If i make it flush with the body i have just enough to get it off. If i go bigger on the exhaust when i make the flange i won't have room for the boltheads, i thought about ordering a set of the 3" turbos, the ones there are the 2-1/2" turbos. But i think the turbo size looks ok.
  9. Great looking build, Nice work.
  10. Jacks look great Rom, excited to see you started the paint.
  11. Thx. for the feedback guys and the kind words. Was messing around for a couple min. tonight with the exhaust outlet, not much pipe there lol. I really wanted it to exit closer to the door but i think it will look fine here also, The picture of the front end shows where it will exit. I may try and make another set of lowers for the headers tommarrow to put the turbos back where they originally were. I like where there at now and they both turned out even side to side. The 1:1 picture of the front end is off a 57 promod to show exit location.
  12. Thx. for the info guys, Much appreciated.
  13. Oh, i misunderstood you. I'm going to the rear of the intake and either doing 1 or 2 throttle bodies, well at least that's the plan lol.
  14. Thx. Guys, Dave, I think i can sneak the tube up from the turbo to the middle to rear section of the hood if i decide to and use those ducts.
  15. I know dave told me alot of the guys run one small 16v Braille battery now because there so small and they can mount any where. Here's braille's site for reference. http://www.braillebattery.com/
  16. Thx. Man i appreciate it, Alot of guys mount the turbos like that and i read they say with the amount of power they make the turbos don't have to be in the fresh air to make power.
  17. Thx. for the feedback guys, Here's where i'm at now. These are the 2 different positions i'm looking at, I like position #2 in pic #3 and #4 because it would be really easy to do the plumbing, But with the position in pic #1 and pic#2 i can put intakes in the hood, I bought some of those naca ducts to put in the hood area. but the exhaust will be hard to do because it will need a 90 to exit.
  18. Looking to branch out to building Truck models and i really the the looks of the Italeri kits, how are they as far a quality detail and fit? These are the couple i have been looking at. Italeri Man TGA w/dumper trailer 553863 Italeri Far west trucking 709 Italeri Peterbilt 377 western star trucking baywatch kit
  19. #1- I see guys doing mock ups using putty to hold the tires from rolling or to hold parts in place, what kind of putty are you guys using for this. #2- What would be the best putty to use for making weld beads.
  20. Such a beautiful build, I'd leave the headers alone. That engine is off the hook.
  21. Seat looks great, i need to pick one up.
  22. Looking good Tyrone, looks alot smoother.
  23. Thx. Bart, I have pictures of that car. Well this headers 3.0 or maybe 5.0, i forget i lost track, These darn things have been kicking my butt. This is what i came up with should look decent when painted up, I think for my first car like this i bit off more than i could chew lol. Gonna finish up the lower half of the passenger side tommarrow. Let me know what you think, if they don't look good please tell me i'm looking for constructive feedback.
