  1. Great builds, love the cat! You don’t see many MPC Vega funny cars anymore.
  2. Very cool Bob! Another great project in the works, any thoughts on color yet?
  3. Looking great Mark, it’s coming along nicely! Great scratch building!
  4. Like you, I purchased the resin kit several years ago, and I don’t know who made the kit. I thought I purchased it from Slixx decals. They still list a 72 Demon under the Competition Resin Pro Stock. It looks a little different from what I have, and has an interior tub. Maybe it’s been modified over the years, the grille looks the same, and the front wheel openings are still incorrect. Thanks!
  5. Very cool build! I LOVE THOSE WHEELS!
  6. Great build, clean, great detail and execution!
  7. You most definitely have my attention, I purchased this same resin kit for the 72 Grille for my current build. I’m following!
  8. Great observation, I’ll be following!
  9. Thanks for sharing your skills, I going to try it on my BTK Demon.
  10. Engine is beautiful Terry! What did you use to tie the brake and fuel lines to the chassis? Can you show how you did that?
  11. You might want to use the Grumpys Vega for the stretched rear wheel openings.
  12. You’ve got my attention on this one, although I have several resin bodies, I prefer plastic. I’ve looked at those AMT bodies and they seem out of scale, too big, too wide. Im looking forward to what you do here. Great project!
  13. Very cool build, great job!
  14. Very cool looking projects there Maurice, thanks for sharing!
  15. I got a little bench time this weekend. I trimmed and removed the window cranks, and rear arm rests on the door panels. I also added .040 Plastruct strips to the inner fender panels as they are just a little narrow, test fitting the firewall also.
  16. Thanks Donato!
  17. Thanks Terry, I’m really enjoying it so far. Sure has affected the bench time though.
  18. Looks amazing Terry! Great detail!
  19. Always thinking, aren’t you Bob?
  20. Thanks David, I recently started a new job and I’m not getting much bench time, hopefully this weekend I can get back on it.
  21. Yes Bob, I used .040 half round, and sanded the ends to round them. It works pretty good.
  22. Looking good Mark, I love saving old plastic. This is gonna be good. I might have a spare AMC motor if your interested.
  23. That’s just beautiful Michael! I grew up not far from Wise Speed Shop on Hampton avenue in St. Louis. They had a garage area on one side of the building but it was pretty rare to get a glimpse of the car as Radici had the car on the west coast most of the time. Definitely on my build list! Great build, looks great!
  24. Really nice build Scott, do you remember what paint you used?
