  1. I used to build nothing but NASCAR kits when I was younger, but the lack of new NASCAR kits since Revell stopped , and I never liked the COT, and didnt want to build them in scale. I am very much looking forward to the new NASCAR kits coming , cant wait You know, the Martin in my user name is for Mark Martin

  5. I guess I enjoyed building the first one so much, I just could not wait to get started on another one, but this time, I am using a different color for the interior and chassis , the first one I used German Grey, the instructions tell you to use Mr Hobby/Color Burnt Iron, so I ordered a bottle of it, and its on its way from China, guessing the slow boat, and I cant very much tell I get the paint, so starting with body while I wait. And painted Getting started on the decals Completed decal work
  6. Going to give my opinion of the kit now that I have finished it, not withstanding the decal issues, Beemax hit a home run with this kit, so far, two out the three kits( I have four , but on is still in Japan) the chassis was twisted a little bit, and the front bumper was out of shape, both were fixed in under 5 minutes with out the need for warm water. The kit , for what it is(curbside) builds up with out issues, and repentants the subject when finished, its well worth the $25. Its a fun kit to build. Of course, that is all opinion based, your mileage may vary.
  7. Seen a General Lee Challenger few days back

Ahh, forgot to post this one, its been finished for a short bit, I must be honest, this kit gave my skills a run for their money, or I just lost all my skill while working on it, not gonna say its a bad kit, I think it was more builder, anyways, at the hands of a much better builder, this a great kit and would awesome when finished.

  23. Dean, the decals I had issues with were the of main decal sheet( large sheet), the decal numbers 6 and 7 , and 4/5 when you apply those , you will know , the first sign is they wont come lose from the backing paper after several minutes of being in the water, and they will crack while still on the decal paper, decals 4/5 will crack in when you place it on the body. Short answer, no, you wont know tell you try to apply them
