    It's so much smaller than the .5 version and the Eclipse , but its nice , looking forward to using it. Mine didn't come with the fan spray tip, did yours?

    Latest kit from Tamiya , and just when you thought it wasn't possible for them to raise the bar on the "Tamiya Like Quality", they did it again, the A-pillars are separate pieces , which means not having to mask the body off to paint them black, same with the wheels , the spokes are a mix of chrome and black, so they did the wheels as two pieces. You have the choice of building either the Japan edition or the US/EU version, so LHD/RHD are included.

    Christmas present, it will pair nicely with the .5 version I already have and make nice compliment to my Eclipses

But also, the above poster Joe provided a great link , that can be very helpful at times deciding if you want to get a kit certain kit.

    I don't think anyone here has the proper clearance to see it, on that same thought, I am not sure I have the proper clearance to see it? My kit stash is about 98% of what this forum does not like, newer none "murican" subjects.

    The last one for 2019, Land Rover Series III LWB kit from Revell, paint is Land Rover Marine Blue/Limestone from Scale Finishes. Its far from my best work ive done, but good enough for the last one of the year.

    Progress , round two of the paint/clear coat is done, (Its not a great clear coat, but its good enough for the last model of 2019) roof painted, clear coat for it next, I still need to clear coat the hood as well. And I got some work to do, but should be easy to get that repaired.

    Tamiya paint stands , worth every penny, the box comes with one stand for bodies and one stand for parts, great deal. I use both Tamiya paint stands(4) and empty paint cans with tape on top, I prefer to use Tamiya's primer cans, being a little taller I find it easier to handle.

    I have heard that about Canadian customs David, its bad , least it's in the same continent? Repaint mock up, gonna go over the panel lines, do a round of wet sanding and then a final coat of paint.

    Sit tight guys, talk among yourselves, its gonna be a short time before the next update, the clear coat didnt turn out too good, so its taking a bath right now and because its 2kitsgonnakillya clear, and I waited a bit, its gonna take a bit of time before its ready to come off.

    Todays update is going to be small, the body was clear coated, its still drying in the garage so no photo yet, once it cures, I will mask it off and then paint the roof. I got the wheels done last night, the flat black I used is more like a semi , I think I might go back over it with a new bottle of flat black. For those that are not watching the build video I will mention it here, the tire that you will use for the spare tire is different than the other four, the inside ribbing is different and its not mentioned in the instructions.

    Today's progress report, the interior, its almost completed. The dash is there for the mock up, that piece gets glue to the body, typical Revell/Germany And a mockup

    The progress that was made today All the main painting, masking, and some more painting has been done on the interior pieces Suspension parts are all attach And if you follow the instructions, you are gonna have a hard time getting the interior floor piece attached the the chassis, engineering fail here.
