  1. This might answer your question Jesse and I am going with he doesnt.
  2. And completed, Academy's 2019 Hyundai Santa Fe kit , paint is Hyundai Lava Orange from Scalefinishes, other than the bad clear coat, I am please, very nice kit, I had fun building it. Interesting side note, I did both black and white of the back drop and the black made color look how it does in person, it pops, the white, it subdued it. *Scalefinishes provided the paint for this kit, so am saying it was a sponsored build by Scalefinishes.
  3. Thank you Roger, you can omit it , you will need to fill the two attachment holes.
  4. The recent issue of the 2003 Jeep Rubicon Wrangler kit with stock parts, its a typical Revell kit, the new tooled roll bar did not fit at all good, the wheels are undersized, but it was a still a fun kit to build. Outside of the crappy clear coat, happy with how it turned out for a I really don't care much build. Paint is Jeep Anvil from Scalefinishes.
  5. Knocked this one outa the park Chuck
  6. Really nice.
  7. From NuNu( Beemax) is their Audi R8 GT3 kit, really good kit, there were no issues what so ever that I encountered , one could say, well you know (rofl), its just a shame the builder wasnt as the kit, I really just phoned this one in, and towards the end it went south. Paint is Tamiya Silver Leaf, I was really impressed with the kit decals.
  8. Beautiful work Scott, been watching you build it on FB
  9. Superb indeed, it looks great, I am looking forward to getting it built.
  10. Newly tooled kit for KA models, price is about in the mid $30's if you self import. 1/24th scale.
  11. Bears repeating X2?
  12. Well finally Ben, took ya bit a ?, I guessing the weather has gotten a bit better now ?
  13. I mean , this , Tamiya is moving forward why Round 2 is living in the past while sipping on Coke, price wise, Round 2 kits are sitting right around $30, the new Mustang kit can he had for in the $30's...............
  14. Ahh, right it does, so I even looked at that, but its clear I missed the very first sentence that said it was a RY engine.?
  15. I don't care if kits have engines or not , so my reply is not to counter that ?, the engine in the GT4 is the Ford Voodoo engine, its the same engine used in the GT350/350R , its not a purpose built race engine from Roush Yates Engines. Revell was able to do the Ford GT engine that Roush Yates builds/built, so yes, its possible. I fully agree, with your other points that you made in your post Just for reference , here is the engine compartment on the GT4
  16. Its an interesting grey, it changes under different lighting conditions
  17. Thinking about doing the grey David, from the info I was seeing posted about it on a Ford Forum, its Ford Stealth Gray B9
  18. I will be one of the few that will, even gonna get the correct paint ??
  19. Nice work Kurt FYI, I am the one that came up to you at the swap meet and said, I am Martinfan on the forum.
  20. Here is the recent reissue of the Monaco kit , I have to be honest, this kit showed my flaws as a builder, holly **** do I suck something at doing BMF, and my clear coat was BLAH_BLAH_BLAH_BLAH , this was paint job #3 I think , yeah, I don't what is going on this year. I used a set of Fireball's Mopar Police wheels, I used BMF on the caps, turned out ok I think, I panel line marker each hole. I modified the kit lightbar to have the left rear amber flasher and forward facing steady red . Made a wip antenna , parts box spotlight and chrome ish mirrors, I know Monaco's had round side view mirrors, I didnt have any. I also made the CHP map light . I tried to paint the grills in a more accurate color, Its a big dark , I should of put on the lighter set I painted.
