  1. Right, I just mentioned the V8 because the color( colour for you) chart was attached too it, I like that color too.
  2. Excuse my rudeness, thank you for watching/subscribing to the channel.
  3. And now9 months later, we can answer the OP's question, yes we will?
  4. Elm City Hobbies in New Brunswick's stocks Scalefinishes paints, not sure if you know that, and if you do then ignore this post? https://www.elmcityhobbies.com/shop/index.php?main_page=index&cPath=55_488
  5. Pete, you order Zero Paints stateside http://www.hobbyworld-usa.com/Store/index.php?id_category=1123&controller=category
  6. Thank you , I know, I am very upset at myself for being that careless.
  7. Thank you Bill I was being careless with a running a lawnmower, was having issues keeping it running, was trying spraying carb cleaner into to while it was running , lifted up the side to help stop the cleaner running back out( lost the red straw) first time that worked, second time did not and put my hand to far under.
  8. Haha, you don't wanna see the uncovered photo?
  9. Thanks Carl, yeah, its more painful because I broke the tip of the bone.
  10. Thank you Joe, me too!
  11. Can't do that either, the same colors were used for all the years, the only difference is if it had a V8 or not.
  12. What irked me today?, being careless and basically severing a couple of finger tips, needless to say I wont be getting a lot of building done for a period of time.
  13. I fully agree, we always seem to get the short end of the stick if you will.
  14. It looks like you had a bit better luck with the decals, good job Randy
  15. http://alclad2.com/finishes/regular/
  16. Its a very common misconception that Rustoleum is the parent owner, I see it all the time on other forms of social media, I think RPM purchased Testor in 1984. Like you stated, RPM owned those other lines too . I didnt know it either till I looked it up a few years ago, but I do think on some of the Testors/MM products had Rustoleum on the label somewhere, I want to to recall Ive seen it(or maybe not), I know the RPM logo has been.
  17. I paid $48 to ship 4 kits about 2 weeks before he did, that was the cheapest option of the two($54 or $56 was the other), its funny, you say what a waste of money that was then go on to state that you have been spending money buying and shipping model kits and other items over , regardless of you spending less on shipping, since "They're toys" as you stated, so that's just a waste of money because they are not essential, literally the perfect example of the pot calling the kettle black ??( see what I did there?)
  18. I can't get correct parts for the KA Models Mazda K360 kit because of the lack of mail service coming to the USA from South Korea( wrong parts trees were put in a small percentage of the kits), it would be nice to one day maybe finish the model with the correct parts☹️
  19. I never used the buffing one myself but I know the buffing ones were popular too , its going to leave a big void and like you said, there is much out there than perfectly replace it, more so the buffing ones. Alclad can fill most of the void that is going to be left behind.
  20. I used pretty much the entire line, but mostly Aluminum and Steel. I am still confused as to what is getting removed, I thought Dullcote was staying, as it was a "Testors" branded product.
  21. Really nice work Roger, I like what you are doing with the wheels, custom stock look.
  22. It was such a great product, I used a lot of it.
  23. No, while that will "work", its a generic knock off and its not as strong, this is what you want
  24. FYI- Rustoleum does not own Testors, RPM International owns Rustoleum and Testors, they are brands under RPM Intl. For me personally, the only Testors/MM products I used are/were the Metalizers, I am going to miss those for a short time till I transition over to Alclad, and I use Testors Dullcote , other than those two products, I have no use for Testors at this point and use Tamiya and Mr Hobby for my brush painting needs. Since I build automotive subjects, the small depth of the paint line is a none issue for me.
